hi.. ade sesiapa kat sini yang pernah amalkan detox jucing? boleh cerita pengalaman?

btw, detox juicing ni macam dalam sehari tu kita hanya ambil juice buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran sahaja.

contoh:

8am: minum juice
10am: minum juice
12am: minum juice
2pm: minum juice
4pm: minum juice
6pm: minum juice
8pm: minum juice

total 7 juices, kalau lapar boleh minum air suam/no kalori, atau boleh makan sayur-sayuran dan buah-buahan.
no processed food, no roti, no biskut, makanan bertin atau makanan yang ada jangka hayat dan makanan dalam tin.

kesan detox juicing ni sudah tentu untuk ke arah kesihatan yang lebih baik, if ade masalah ketagihan gula boleh dikawal,
suka makan manis manisan boleh dikawal.

sekarang ni kan bulan puasa, well masa sahur dan buka puasa pun uols boleh buat -makan makanan yang sihat, real food.

huyooo!! byknye minum juice dlm sehari. mmg ok ke, sbb dalam buah & sayur pun ada kandungan gula yg relatively tinggi

Iols tak buat whole day mcm tu. I buat untuk minum 1 mug gitu before gi keje. Normally my green juice akan ada
1. Sayur hijau beberapa batang. Normally sawi
2. Cold fresh milk one third of the blender
3. 2 sudu peanut butter
4. 1 capsule fish oil, 1 pil vit C
5. Madu 2 sudu

Blend sume then minum terus. Jgn simpan nanti the nutrients mcm dissolve or something like that.

I buat for 3-4 months daily. Clearer skin, lose weight few kgs. Pastu jadi pemalas nak rushing blend pepagi. Now i amik pil chlorella and vit C minum dengan air sejuk campur madu.
