KOLESTROL TINGGI

Hi, tak pasti this topic sesuai ke nak bincangkan dekat sini.

Sebelum MCO, me ada buat full medical check-up. Alhamdulillah, semuanya baik namun kolestrol me tinggi, 7.5.
Doktor nasihatkan me supaya ambil minyak ikan. Honestly, me tak pernah ambil minyak ikan which less
knowledge mengenai supplemen.

Mengenaikan pemakanan, me makan macam biasa aje. Me dalam kategori sederhana dan berat normal.
Tak boleh terima nape kolestrol tinggi?

Susu nestle omega. Powder ada. Susu kotak ada.

Kalau anlene jantung + tulang aku tak suka. Bau lembu kuat sangat.

ada yang dah siap kotak boleh minum terus..
for tt, kolestrol ni bukannya bergantung pada berat badan gemuk ke kurus..
tapi pada pemakanan kita..
kalau kurus tapi suka makan makanan yang berkolestrol (ie fastfood, processed food), tinggi la bacaan kolestrol tu..
ada je yang gemuk tapi kolestrol lower dari orang kurus..

Try la jd vegan. Ayah iols pn kolestrol tggi lepas buat vegan diet mmg turun kolestrol dia x payah makan ubat lg dah. Kalau x tahan boleh buat selang seli sehari vegan sehari makan mcm biasa. Then sebulan pstu buat 2 hari vegan sehari mcm biasa. Lepastu buat 5 hari vegan 2 hari mkn mcm biasa. Kurgkan makan daging.

Sape biasa food prep memang senang jadi vegan. Buat tofu, taugeh,humus, vegan cheese

Katanya darah vegan bersih, darah pemakan daging cloudy dgn lemak. Even org tu amik daging in single meal that year

Boleh tahu your physical activity? Ramai yg kurus ni tinggi kolesterol bukan sebab pemakan tapi kurang bersenam.

Iols pun dulu kolestrol tinggi. Pi farmasi depa srh ambik oats, but tak sherasi. Bloated big time. Then, iols buat diet mofication, exercise, ambik fish oil n acv, baru cantik

kawan aku kolestrol tinggi. reading lebih 7.
badan dia ikut BMI, aktif gym, naik gunung dan masuk marathon.
aku suspect, punca nya dia suka makan daging.

Mahal menu vegan. Macam2 protein, sayur, buah, kacang. Yg murah vegetarian

TT boleh try ni, jeruk bawang putih dengan madu.
aku baru 2 bulan amal kan. sebelum ni aku buat roast garlic, bakar guna oven.

lepas raya ni aku nak buat check up, tengok berapa reading terbaru.
2 tahun lepas, reading lebih 7

Banyak sgt ke makan daging tu. Kalau ikutkan exercise mcm jogging, cycling dgn resistance training yg buat kat gym tu boleh push muscle utk guna kolesterol. Kalau buat aktiviti ringan jalan kaki beribu langkah kurang membantu.
