Hr tu mgeluh tiket mahal.. So mintak kerajaan deal utk depa.. Now mntk cuti adjust plak. Cikgu lemak santan kelapa ni masa adjustment taqwim cuti hari tu awat xdemand sesiap..sume malas bfikir sbb xsangka cuti dh hbs ka ???

Pahang xdelah jauh, okay jer blk awal pg let say pkl 4 pg ke gerak dr kajang, biasa kaka outstation ke kuantan akan gerak dlm pkl 4.30 singgah seblm gambang utk solat subuh so smp kuantan dlm pkl 7 lbh sikit

Harap KPM proceed je dgn pindaan takwim ni, mesti mrk dah tengok overall picture sebelum finalize. X payah ubah2. Kalau ubah, dah ada precedent, in future KPM juga susah. |

nope wfh ni tak cuti weekend pun sebenarnya. due to easy access macam microsoft team, zoom and segala mak nenek yang boleh download kat phone, unless betul2 patuh pada time keja for both booses dengan subordinate, sikit2 hntr web call, sikit2 hntr email. time keja berterabur tak kira masa, malam , weekends.

setuju.....WFH ni amat dahsyat sebenarnya sebab easy access...
kadang2 kita sorang je ckp tak free..alih2 semua org boleh lak sehati sejiwa ckp free over the weekend..dah tak pasal2 kena buat keje..
satu lagi..meeting akan start seawal 830am..sebab yelahh WFH kan takde traffic nak tempuh and join meeting..duhhh

Cuepacs mohon KPM pertimbang tarikh cuti sekolah sempena Aidiladha

SHAH ALAM - Kongres Kesatuan Pekerja-Pekerja Dalam Perkhidmatan Awam (Cuepacs) memohon Kementerian Pendidikan (KPM) dapat mempertimbangkan semula tarikh cuti persekolahan sempena Hari Raya Aidiladha pada 31 Julai ini.
Presidennya, Adnan Mat berkata, ia bagi membolehkan orang ramai terutama penjawat awam di perantauan dapat menyambutnya di kampung.
Menurutnya, berdasarkan Takwim Persekolahan 2020 sebelum ini, sambutan Hari Raya Aidiladha jatuh pada minggu cuti pertengahan penggal kedua iaitu 25 Julai hingga 2 Ogos (Kumpulan B) dan 24 Julai hingga 1 Ogos (Kumpulan A), namun selepas KPM melakukan rombakan pada takwim persekolahan menjadikan Hari Raya Aidiladha jatuh pada minggu persekolahan biasa.
“Kami (Cuepacs) menerima aduan bahawa ramai penjawat awam serta pekerja di sektor swasta yang bekerja di Sabah dan Sarawak telah menempah tiket penerbangan lebih awal untuk pulang berhari raya.
“Tempahan awal juga membolehkan mereka menikmati tiket penerbangan yang lebih murah apatah lagi kebanyakan rakyat Malaysia sebelum ini tidak dapat meraikan Hari Raya Aidilfitri di kampung ekoran pelaksanaan Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan,” katanya dalam satu kenyataan di sini hari ini.
Mengulas lanjut, Adnan berkata, Cuepacs difahamkan sebelum ini KPM tidak berhasrat untuk meminda takwim persekolahan dengan menggunakan takwim lama.
Begitupun katanya, KPM secara tiba-tiba telah memperkenalkan takwim baharu sekali gus merencatkan perancangan awal mereka terutamanya yang tinggal jauh dari kampung halaman.
“Perubahan takwim persekolahan sudah tentu telah menyebabkan perancangan orang ramai terkesan dan pening bagi merancang semula percutian terutamanya bagi mereka yang telah membeli tiket penerbangan.
“Justeru Cuepacs berharap KPM dapat mempertimbangkan untuk memberikan cuti khas persekolahan bagi perayaan Aidiladha dan mencadangkan agar 30 Julai dan 3 Ogos dijadikan cuti khas dan cuti pelepasan untuk perayaan Hari Raya Aidilfitri,” katanya.
Dalam pada itu, Adnan berkata, pemberian cuti khas dan cuti pelepasan itu juga akan memberi sedikit kelegaan kepada penjawat awam dan guru.
“Walaupun guru mempunyai cuti rehat khas namun agak sukar untuk mereka mendapatkan kelulusan daripada Ketua Jabatan kerana sesi persekolahan berlangsung seperti biasa.
“Ibu bapa yang mempunyai anak bersekolah juga boleh mengambil peluang ini meraikan Hari Raya Aidiladha bersama keluarga,” katanya.

Cuepacs calls on MOE to consider school holidays to coincide with Aidiladha

KUALA LUMPUR: The Congress of Union of Employees in the Public and Civil Services (CUEPACS) has urged the Ministry of Education (MOE) to consider the second term school holidays to coincide with Aidiladha on July 31.
Its president Adnan Mat said this was to allow the public and civil servants especially those working elsewhere to celebrate the festivity in their hometowns.
“Most of them who are living away from their respective hometowns have done early planning based on the national school holidays.
“The amendment on the school calendar has certainly affected their planning and it would be a headache for them to replan their holidays especially when it involves the purchase of flight tickets”, he said in a statement today.
He said that CUEPACS had received complaints from civil servants as well as employees in the private sector working in Sabah and Sarawak who had booked their flight tickets in advance and the same goes to the Sabahans and Sarawakians working in the peninsula.
Previously, the second-term school holidays were scheduled for nine days from July 24 until Aug 1 in Group A (Johor, Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu) and July 25 to Aug 2 in Group B (Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Pahang, Perak, Perlis, Penang, Sabah, Sarawak, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Labuan and Putrajaya), coinciding with Aidiladha date on July 31.
However, the amendments saw the school holidays have been reduced from nine to five days and as a result, Aidiladha now falls on a normal school week.
Adnan has also proposed a special holiday and leave of absence for July 30 and August 3 respectively which would provide some relief to the public, civil servants and teachers who depended solely on the school break to go for holidays especially those with school-going children.
“Teachers are eligible for special annual leave however it would be difficult to obtain approval from their respective heads of department as the school is in session”, he said. -Bernama

apa masalah aidiladha bkn time cuti sekolah, rasanya masa pm announce 1st pkp aritu, ramai dh sesakkan jalan raya, pastu dpt puasa penuh dgn family. seriuslah, raya haji jatuh bkn jatuh 31 julai ke, hari jumaat, so dpt 3 hari la cuti. nk cuti, apply jela cuti tambahan. ape guru2 xde cuti tahunan mcm keje swasta. patutla ada citer student dok harap biar covid naik balik, dh cikgu pun nk cuti jgk, x elokla pandangan oleh rakyat awam bkn cikgu govt.
