Saya dh kerja dlm satu company ni selama sebulan and I'm still have two month left of probation. Okay so suddenly I got family problem which make me had to resign way earlier that I suppose to so Saya bagi tahu supervisor Saya yang Saya akan berhenti dalam bulan depan just to inform her early before I give her one month notice and in the contact, it's stated I should give one month notice. I was intended to do so but then my supervisor told me "No need to wait for next month or give one month notice" she said. So I continue to like ask her if I could like berhenti semasa 2+ punya Hari bulan but then she suddenly said "I'm so sorry our manager has looking for someone to replace your position so tomorrow you can come to work and just give us 24 hour notice. Then I told my dad about it and he said if that what they asked so just give them the resignation letter then so I write it and print it and my supervisor texted me saying that I should come to work tomorrow full hours like from 8 am to 5.30 pm and I said okay since it's my last day. Then the next day, my manager didn't talked to me at all and my supervisor as well did the same. I feels like I'm invisible so I give my resignation letter to my supervisor and she just said okay without looking at me and it's continue until the day's end. Now I have been unemployed for I think two weeks now since I was asked to give my resignation letter on 14/8. I don't know if I still dapat my gaji because in the contract said "the company reserve the right to summarily dismissed you without notice or payment in lieu of notice if you found guilty of misconduct" so I want to know now do I still get pay for the day's I have been work there or not. Tolong beri pendapat kalian semua sebab Saya buntu... |

.,, ni dah terang2 ko masih probation, belum confirm dah berenti. So mmg company ada hak lah xbyr gaji kau. Kenapa kau xberenti lepas gaji? At least 7day notice lps gaji., |

Niat nak buat macam tu tapi supervisor terus cakap Tak payah tunggu bulan depan then terus minta Saya beri resignation letter dkt mereka Hari seterusnya. |

Silap engko lerr jugak bgtau dia awal2 nk resign. Patutnya ko sabar la sikit lepas gaji je baru bgtau.,, kwn husband aku berhenti short notice 2minggu pun company xbyr gaji dia tau sbb dlm rules company dh tulihhh dah kena notis 2bulan..Itu permanent staff bkn probation., now u dah jobless, duk buat apa kt rumah? |

Sis, I bukan sengaja nak bagitahu dia yang Saya nak berhenti kerja ya untuk bulan depan. Datuk Saya Masuk hospital and he need full time observation so as his grandchild, I have to take care of him and my supervisor know about my grandpa condition. I didn't ask pun nak berhenti Serta merta, I just told them that I probably won't be coming to work if my grandpa admitted to hospital itu je and PROBABLY will resign next month kalau keadaan datuk Saya tu berlarutan tu je as precaution. My grandpa is heavily sick so how can I not taking care of him kan |

I duduk rumah Ada je kerja sbb I taking care my grandpa and not goyang kaki ya but nevertheless I really appreciate your opinion |

takleh tolong..sebab u dah ckp nak resign kat bos then bagi plak nottis 24hr wpun u justify yada yada...tungu jelah end mth ni ada ke tidak duit dlm account tu. kira nasib je skrg ni |

Dia bukan setakat Tak bercakap dengan Saya je , dia tengok Saya pun Tak. Lagi-lagi nok contact dgn dia sbb dia skrg ni dh block no. Phone saya. |

biasanya bila dah resign gaji akan dpt lmbt skit dr biasa
tp di musim covid 19 ni xtahulah company nak bayar ke tak
