[INFO] Ivermectin..share with us what do you think

The Union Health Ministry on Sunday dropped the use of ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine and the anti-viral favipiravir from its Covid-19 treatment guideline after a section of doctors and medical researchers questioned the absence of any scientific evidence of such drugs benefitting Covid patients. The 9-page guidelines for the management of Covid-19 patients, released by the Directorate General of Health Services, don’t mention ivermectin and favipiravir — two widely prescribed medicines by doctors across the country, as well as hydroxychloroquine which was sought after during the first wave.

ivermectin ni important antiparasitic agent utk cattle industries dan in cases bila kita ada parasites
kerana historically antiparasitic mmg selalu ada antiviral effect, tu depa try tu
kejap je depa dapati tak berkesan bila wat melalui research
tapi latin american countries yg miskin dan takde choice juga tak berapa maju dan ethical itu, terus buat recommendation utk guna.. bila depa pun sedar that researchers sedunia tak dapati berkesan pun, latin countries tu tarik balik recommendations dia pada populasi nya
tetapi kerana mesia lambat bab bab ilmiah ni, mid-year last year baru warwar
ada la small studies satu dua yg tunjuk mungkin ada positive impact,tetapi researchers itu sendiri bagi warning that they cannot interpret their findings as effective dan tidak recommend kita follow based on them
ivermectin ni some bacteria yg produce, bact tu dari kulat2 yg tumbuh kat satu golf course kat Japan, tk tumbuh kat tempat lain

rasanya until now takde lagi data klinikal yg mengesahkan ubat ni boleh digunakan untuk manusia dan FDA pun x approve lagi.
WHO pun hanya membenarkan ivermectin ni untuk kajian sahaja.
Kalau kat sini, press memainkan peranan untuk salurkan info yg betul tapi i feel ramai yg menulis mengikut apa yang mereka rasa it is the solution..so ianya masih lagi pandangan dan pendapat masing masing.

it is very unlikley that ivermectin ini akan didapati berkesan secara statistic dalam menangani issue covid ini.
sebagai suatu virus, treatment terbaik utknya ialah: actually tiada. Supportive Treatment bila sudah kena (eg oxygen, dikomakan, intubation, ventilation) dan Prevention jika tidak mahu kena (mask, social distancing, vaccination).

KKM hanya membenarkan penggunaan Ivermectin secara “off-label” (iaitu penggunaan di luar indikasi yang diluluskan oleh KKM), termasuk dengan pemantauan rapi oleh doktor yang bertauliah.
Setakat ini, hasil kajian klinikal tidak mencukupi untuk membuktikan bahawa Ivermectin boleh merawat atau mencegah Covid-19. Hanya vaksin terbukti untuk mencegah Covid-19.
Kesan sampingan ivermectin termasuk ruam kulit yang teruk yang mungkin memerlukan rawatan di hospital, mual, muntah, cirit-birit, sakit perut, bengkak di muka atau anggota badan lain, kesan sampingan saraf (seperti pening, sawan atau kekeliruan), penurunan tekanan darah secara tiba-tiba, dan kerosakan hati.

ingin ditulis disini, sekirang you all still nak mencuba ubat ni pastikan paling tak get your doctor to prescribe..its off label medication maknanya belum diwartakan so jika ada kesan sampingan anda terpaksa tanggung sendiri  |

Tp nape yg ckp ivermectine tu elok la bagusla dlm kalangan doc jugak dlm kalangan researcher laa.. siap ckp the safest drug lg without side effect.. |

sebab ubat ni mmg ada kak, cumanya ubat ni asalnya untuk pets kita for ubat cacing so adalah percanggahan pendapat kat situ. Lagipun , semua pun tertakluk kepada kesesuaian individu tu so bfr nak ambil ubat ni kenalah dapatkan rujukan dari doctor...anyway, why not focus pada vaksin ok.

Can i share my experience guna iver kt sini?
I positif covid dua mggu lpas... Masa tu mmg huru hara hidup...sampai laa i decided utk guna iver selepas 2 hari home quarantine... Masa tu , deria rasa dan bau dah xde ... Sakit tekak, batuk berkahak dan demam ... Dlm google kata dry cough... Bila iver sampai, I trus telan dgn vit D3,iron tab,2 biji iver ... To my surprised, dlm masa 5 minit... I dpt balik my loss of smell... I punya x percaya, I amik botol perfume I sembur dan boleh bau immediately... Sy xtahu nk kata suratan atau kebetulan tp iver disaat itu mmg sgt membantu healing process sy ... |
