Renovate rumah mmg mahaii.. Tektik dia org skrg mula2 kata 30k boleh dpt buat atas bawah.. Alih2 kn top up separuh dr rege rumah.. Aku ni nsb baik suami aku keje construction dl.. Jd kenal ramai supplier.. Bl brg kat dia org je..p kilang dia org kan.. Dia org kenal suami aku dpt le rege murah skt.. Paling best ms tukar tile atas.. Semua tukar tiles yg 1kaki berkilat tu.. Dpt bl harga rm5 sekeping.. Jd modal tiles ms tu rm600.. Ketuk palimanan aku gan anak2 buat...jd mlm suami aku pasang tiles..psang cornis pun dia bt sendiri.. Mmg jimat banyak la.. Cuma penat la buat sendiri.. Ni x abis lg.. Nk cat abiskan.. Last nanti nk settlekn loundry gan bilik store nak anjak kebelakang skt sama level gan loundry... Modal tu ade tp tunggu abis cat dl.. Kot2 bersambung2 pkp lockdown ni br rancang bahagian last ni.. Tp aku mcm teringin je tukar sofa baru.. Tgk kat group deco lawa2 sofa dia org..

I ingatkan dia nak kata, kalau xdpt pulangan, dia akan beli rumah tu dari kita, kalau mcm tu i join la. Kalau setakat pulang modal, tp bulanan kena byor 2k smpai 35thn, baik xpyah. Besar risk nya. Syok jd kapiltalis ni kalau beli rumah 2014 ke bawah

dekat eToro kaka...ni bitcoin la tapi dia campur2 altcoins sekali...

portfolios yang include banyak list crypto.

so tak payah penat nak beli satu2 crypto... sekali harung je invest kat situ...
sebenarnya dah ada lama dah copy portfolios ni dekat etoro tu.. ada yang nan hado jah kalau kita copy orang...
jadi kena pandai2 buat analisis sendiri...
