Obesity, merokok, poor diet and non-healthy lifestyle akan menyumbang kpd non-communicable disease (NCD).
Dalam video ni pun jelas kita nampak banyak visceral fat yang menyelaputi semua organ organ didalam badan kita.
Like it or not..ini jauh lebih bahaya jika kita take our body and health for granted.

Kita disarankan utk buat medical check up at least setahun sekali. |

Usually basic medical check up ni, involves a physical examination by a doctor cth : bio-physical measurements (height, weight, body mass index, visual acuity, colour vision), blood and urine investigations.
Blood count
Sugar levels
Cholesterol levels
Kidney function
Liver function

And kalau yg comprehensive screening antaranya
Thyroid hormone levels
Cancer markers
Sexually transmitted diseases
Hepatitis A and B screening
ABO blood group
Atau lain lain lah yg disarankan doctor  |

Kalau perempuan kena buat pap smear or mammogram tests. 5 years at least once jadi lah..kalau above 40 kena yearly.. or as per doc advised. Mmg la takut and seram but on the other hand.. Benda kalau detect early boleh get treated early gak kan.. |

bulan depan is breast cancer awareness. so banyakla hospital hospital yg buat pakej...mammogram ni, however sy seram..so i think im not qualified or compulsory lagi...but sakittttt tengokk

erkk..sakit dia level cemana tu? wlu i penah je masuk bilik mammogram tu and tengok from far but i rasa mcm nak pitam bila tgk kena penyek tu |

Sakit dia sampai susah nak nafas. Bukan press light2.. Tekan penyet terus macam sandwiched.. But dia da explain and advise awal2 , kalau kita cooperate, few seconds je dah OK done. Kalau kita tak boleh tahan, kena take repeats until they are satisfied.. So for that few important seconds, tahan nafas and endure je. Fikir taknak repeat je.. |
