can raisins strengthen memory?
May teacher once told us about this before we went for our exam...Is there any scientific prove on this? |

I don't know about scientific proof...but I consumed bottle n bottle of raisins...
the ones exclusively recited upon...during my student's day...
and I also ate dates, phistachio nuts and lady's finger...and drank tons of
carrot juices...food said to help strengthen one's memory n eyesight...I can
verify that I do have a quite good memory when studying... |

really put alot of hard effort there for the sake of good memory do you seribulan..  tell me, are you a forgetul person before and makes you get into this diet? Frankly, i'm quite a forgetful person and i wanna change this  |

if you ate too many sour things...it is not good for your memory...
or too many blue film...
nope...I'm not that forgetful...but I just like to have a good brain
for studying...n I cut intake of sour food like oranges...n I don't
ate things inside of poultry or cattle like the heart, lung etc...bad
for the memory...but these are all not scientifically proven...you
can only take my words for it... |

being forgetful isnot only caused by blue film, like seribulan said...it's the dirty thinking makes u forgetful...u cant even remeber such a very small things...i tell u...
and one more, dont try indulging urself with onanism..in fact islam also prohibit us from masturbating..your memory capacity's gonna low.. |

sharing from experience eh senduduk ;) Bout the onani thing, what did our reproduction organ have to do with the brain? can i put it this way - people that masturbate often are someone with a weak mental coz they cant or didnt want to practise control on their will? that may also explain why people that watch blue hv the same probs.....
PS: i dunno that animal organs is bad for memory. Ohh..btw, my mem is not that bad ok. i think that i need to get my self more organise. thx for the inputs |

fish is good for brain..omega 3 etc.
brain need exercise as much as body need exercise..
brain exercise is like reading digesting cross word chess game puzzle teka teki etc
brain needs fresh oxigen so a good circulation is vital, 02 is brought by blood to brain so keep a healthy body so then will ensure a healthy mind..i.e. good sleep
what is memory? where is it? nobody knows but everybody know what is a brain so pay particular concern all everything about brain and its function..i.e. memory storgae, memory skills rational thinking calculating etc.
do lot of reading..it is one way to strengthen memory apart from fish , dairy product and fruits..if need arise u can try supplements , make sure the natural one but i recommend go for fresh products on everythings as long as u can.
a strong healthy brain will not guarantee a strong mind but surely the condition is ripe for a stronger mind if u enrich ur life with heaps of activities, actions or dramas. hope this will help. wsalam. |

ada ujian psikologi untuk mengukur otak mana yang lebih dominan. 90% of the world population ialah left brain dominan while others are right brain dominant --> dan bagi yg righ brain dominan ni, kalau di mesia, kat sekolah, sering ketinggalan... sbb apa cikgu ajar tak 'sesuai' dgn otak dia.... so studies have been conducted for right brain children in the left brain education system like mesia....
both brain juga mempengaruhi how human communicate and work to day to day life.... |
