uish..suka pavlova ni...keras di luar, manis di dalam..tp kalau ingat2 balik dia punya ingredient, rasa mcm menambah kalori dlm badan je..sbb dia byk guna putih telur..huhu..
best pavlova kat delicious cafe~ yummy2~~

kali kedua buat sebab yang first dah habis...ikut je resipi kat atas, rasa rangup dan dalam lembut cam marshmallow

dah buat ikut resepi kat depan tp xjadi
memula sebelum bakar mmg dah cantik

guna suhu 150* pastu bakar guna api atas bawah
(letak di tgh2)

pastu pav tu jd kembang

pastu dlm masa 15min bhgn atas dah perang2..
aku takut atas jd hangus/itam guna aje api bawah

pastu bawahnye hangus rentung


pastu sebab dah gebon turunkan suhu dlm 80*
& dlm xsampai 1jam dah keluarkan dr oven
(rasenye mcm dah masak)


keesokan paginye aku tgk bhgn luar pav tu lembik..bile pegang melekat kat tgn
tp bile kite potong mmg cantik aje bentuknye
lagi satu kan keluar mcm bintik2 gula..(xgeti nak bgtau camne)


erm..sila komen ape salahnye pav daku itew

tolong ai plzz dah terai 2x tp tak menjadi.. buat otai2 tu, oven ai utk knob api ada 4
1.atas n bawah
2. bawah sahaja
3. atas n bwh api tak menyala, tp bukan 'OFF'
4. OFF


kalau tengok kat joy of baking tu, dia tak sebut pun nak set api mana, ker ai dah terlepas dengar??

   norah first time zaza buat mmg ade kuar bintik gula, maybe kita biar dia semalaman la....second time zaza guna 130darjah api atas bawah masak 80 minit...alhamdulillah jadi...cuma i nak improve bagi kulit luar more crispy, inside is superb suda.....maybe kene buat 2 ke 3 layer macam nani rostam kot baru marbeles...cam u kate leper jee....next try mahu bikin tinggi..hehhe

baru siap buat pavlova......... ikut cara dan ingredients di youtube ni

200 G egg white
200 g granulated sugar
200 g powdered sugar

Bake 125C-degrees preheated oven 90 minutes (ikut oven).
