Gina, my prob. sebijik sama ngan u, diagnosed w endo & I went thru operation & alhamdulillah conceived my 1st child 5 yrs ago. Nw still trying for the 2nd, yg serious starting this yr coz for past 4 yrs, my hubby outstn memanjang. Lama gap tu... Hw long hv u been trying? |

ok..satu soalan.. I had this lap in 1998 to remove bilateral endometriosis on both ov ...
...endometriosis nie is a possibility kalau during the examination she could feel lumpy kind of feeling on the surrounding tissues such as on the ligaments behind the uterus or an enlarged ovary...endometrial growth may also be detected on the vagina or the cervix...but...the diagnosis of endometriosis cannot be solely based on pelvic examination alone...cos...other gynae problems like pelvic inflammatory disease...ovarian cancer and such can also present with similar symptoms...so...to avoid being misdiagnosed and mistreated...kenalah buat some other diagnostic examination...
...lucrin or other gnRh analogue nie is useful in the treatment of suppressing the endometriosis...what it does is it induces a state of menopausal...so that u will stop ovulating for a certain period of time...kalau u stop ovulating...meaning u will not have your menses...and if u dont have menses...endometriosis wont happen...tapi...even with lucrin or other gnRh analogue nie...dr tak 100% guarantee yang ianya wont recurr again...theres always the possibility of it recurring again...
...so???...dah amik lucrin ke blom??...heh...

sama jugak macam korang semua... ada ovarian cysts....dua2 belah... first operation, setahun lepas kahwin... buat kat pusrawi dengan dr. salleh... lepas tu dr asyik suruh makan ubat je... tapi tak buat apa2 pemeriksaan pun....fed-up dengan dr. sebab dr tu sebenarnya nak cari keuntungan... bayangkan tiap kali datang, dia bagi ubat... tapi tak check apa2 pun..
lepas tu.. saya gie LPPKN...dr. check satu tiub saya dah tertutup dan saya cycst ada lagi, so dr suruh saya jumpa dr hashim HUKM.. sebab katanya dia boleh betulkan tiub tu balik... saya jumpa dr. hashim... puas hati sangat dengan cara dia... no hp dia pun dia bagi, so senang kalau sakit je terus call dr... second operation bulan 8 , 2005 ...dr bagi injection untuk redakan radang....dua kali ambik injection ...dua bulan tak datang period.... tapi saya 4 bulan tak datang period... tengok2 saya terus pregnant... tapi tahan 6-7 minggu je, saya gugur, sebab dr kata rahim mungkin tak kuat...sebab baru lepas operation... sebab saya gugur ..keluar habis, so dr kata tak perlu buat D&C. dr. bagi pil perancang, untuk atur period balik.... lama jugak period nak atur balik macam biasa.. dua bulan nie alhamdullilah , dah teratur dah... minggu lepas, jumpa dr. sebab tak sihat....nak termuntah2 dan period lewat... check air kencing .... sah POSITIVE... :D saya pregnant lagi... hopefully kali nie tak gugur la...
saya percaya rezeki tetap ada... kena sabar la... macam saya, saya tunggu 4 tahun.. |

tapi tak pernah la gi wat medical check up. pasal cycst ni pernah terbaca kat paper, ada pempuan cina tuh, sesaje wat medical check up, tiba2 je dapat detect...
tu la, nampak sihat tak bermakna kita betul2 sihat...
soalannya...
berapa kos medical check up?
kat mana nak wat medical check up?
masa medical check up tu, doc tu check aper?
kalau cancer, fibroid, cycst n sewaktu dengannya, doc boleh detect time tu ker? |

saya sekrg pun pi buat treatment kat pusrawi dgn Dr. Adilah. Bln 3 this year operation cuci ovari coz der cycst. hbs byk gak duit. Dr suruh ambik ubat hormon tapi cucuk ye kat perut kos ye 1000 lbh. Tapi x menjadi gak. Kena + dos la. emm..kalu dah + dos duit pun tambah gak. Saya ingat nak tukar hospital nak pi LPPKN. Saya akui memang susah nak turun berat bdn. Mcm der nak buat appointment dgn Dr Hashim tu. Saya br sethn kawin. Kalu blh biarlah dpt baby seorg dlu. Tolong la saya... |

Cyst and Miscarriage
bila baca semua nie..alia nak tanya la..
year 2001 masa medical checkup Dr kata alia ada cyst..but dr suh tunggu 3 bulan nak tengok dia kecut ke tak..after 3 months alhamdulillah dah tak de. But period alia still irregular sampai skrg..alia tengah treatment dengan gynea skrg..and confirm PCOS..alia risau sbb ade history cyst..byk alia baca kata high potential utk miscarriage
after 3 yrs kawen..a week b4 raya alia tau pregnant but at that time dah bleeding. ingatkan period mulanya..masa scan Dr kata ada cyst kecik belah kiri..then kena injection utk kuat rahim..masa tu nak kata hepi tak jugak..alia jd blank..but 3 ari pas tu alia heavy bleeding..kebetulan hubby mmg tak de..outstn. Jiran yg bw g klinik.sedih tuhan saja yang tau..Dr confirm complete abortion..so dia tak buat D&C..after 3 weeks..bleeding still tak berhenti lagi..kejap dia kering but the next day ade spot lagi..then perut alia belah kiri asik rasa sakit skit..cam nyilu2 gitu..dah lama..bagitau Dr dia kata tak de apa2..
cam mana nie..alia risau sangat..and rasa depress sangat2 skrg nie..kenapa sebenarnya? anybody can help??please.. |

...complete abortion maknanya all products of conception nie is expelled out spontaneously...that is why the dr didnt perform a d&c for u...
...bleeding should be minimal and usually...within few days dah kering...most of the time...dr would just cover u with a course of antibiotics...
...but...sometimes...even with complete abortion pon u can have prolonged bleeding...tummy pain...like what u are having...it could be a sign of endometritis (infection of the womb)...
...what i would suggest is that...go see the dr again...kalau u think the first dr didnt think much about your complaints...then seek a 2nd opinion...get an ultrasound pelvis done for u...to see what causes the bleeding...or if there is any retained product of conceptions??...
...if there is...then...u may need an evacuation of the uterus and a course of antibiotic...
...so...go see the dr... |

...tang pantang larang on food nie...actually terserahlah pada ko...kalau orang2 kita macam2 pantang yang they imposed...tapi...kalau ikut modern and western medicine...semua ko bley bedal...as long as in moderation... |

but supplement should be ok kan blackmore.. kalu consume sekarang even bleeding x abis lg..??alia amik tradtnal supplement..yg dah commercial la..segala akar2 tanak :kant: ..x tertelan..so just amik capsules. utk kecutkan rahim n another one bg energy

my Doc. penah kata once dah ade cyst, it may affect our fertelity..so kita kena selalu berjaga2 and kn balancekan segala nutrien..
since alia pun baru tau..so skrg nie tengah survey2 la apa yang boleh consume..
dah ade kawan..so sama2 la kita update2 ye zazizu..hopefully our Doc boleh advise skit.. |

hai semua.. I org baru, tolong la share apa yg patut ye pasal cyst. this afternoon pegi buat medical check up. te tiba tang check kat perut doc nampak ada cyst problem. sedih betul la. |

doctor yang u jumpa tuh gynae ker? cyst jenis aper? size of the cyst? u pregnant tak?
i suggest u jumpa gynae... then gynae tuh akan check balik... pastuh dia akan refer to radiologist untuk confirmation. biasanya diameter > 5cm, adviseable to operate... tapi ada gak gynae yg kata tak payah operate. |
