Honey ada tips... Ni yg very fast and easy.... tapi marvellous...!!!

kalau nak buat kuah either chicken cop atau beefstick guna le...

Knorr Demi Glace Brown Sauce...
Tumis bawang putih & halia sikit...
Bubuh lada hitam... ikut citarasa sendiri
pastuh tambah knorr demi glace brown sauce nih yg telah dibancuh dengan air..
agak-agak le berapa bayk nak buat..

Anak2 kita makan sauce nih mereka buat sup lak... hingga menjilat pinggan le gamaknye...

kalau wat chicken chop gunalah perisa daging..
tp beefstick lak guna perisa ayam...
kira terbalik le ...

minta jasa baik semua....

nak minta jasa baik forumers bagi idea. bday my hubby next week i plan nak masak sendiri dan celebrate dgn kids kat umah. i plan nak masak black pepper
steak dan chicken chop (utk kids tak pedas). bleh tak bagi idea mcm mana nak wat daging tu? or senang beli yang marinated je ke? aku pernah try yang
marinated tu tapi meletup2 bile masak le. mcm mana ek? then coleslow tu guna thousand island ke? sos pepper banyak jual yang ready made kan? aku nak
tau kalo ada sapa2 pernah buat sendiri. susah2 kang i pi makan pizza tak pun makan steak kat uptown damansara je

semua recipe yg u nak tu dah pernah diberi.. n teacher shakira bleh refer kat archive FnR
utk ciken chop n its companion..sila refer sini : Masakan Barat dan Antarabangsa

resepi coleslaw pun ade..coleslaw kita tak guna thousand island..just mix sayuran tu dgn mayo, season dgn salt n pepper n mebbe sedikit lemon just n herbs or biji sawi jika suka..up to your liking
resepi sos black pepper pun ada kat archive..resepi pizza pun ade

tak pun kalau nak tgh thread beserta feedback..cuba selak2 balik thread2 terdahulu
insyaallah..semuanya ada..kene rajin sket cari je..
boleh kan?

Ni Resepi Coleslaw I.

1/2 kubis putih (bersikan terlebih dulu). Takut lak kobis tu ada pasir.
Potong halus2.

Sosnya: Campur semua bahan kat bawah ni dalam mangkuk besar
1 cup mayonaisse
1/2 sugar
secubit garam
2 sudu besar cuka
5 sudu raisin (kalau tak dak pun tak pe)
1/2 cup susu segar

Masukkan kobis tadi, gaul, simpan dalam peti sejuk dalam 3-4 jam...baru makan. I suka jugak masukkan pisang yang dipotong nipis (tapi masuk last bila nak makan)...yummy!

rimbun, Banyak resepi ayam lemon, tapi saya suka resepi yg paling senang nih...

Bahan2
Ayam
Garam
Lemon

Ayam perap dengan jus lemon dan garam..masa perap tu .. jus tu masukkan sekali kat dalam kulit ayam..

Perap 2/3 jam..

Pas tu panggang dalam oven ..45 min - 1 jam ..jangan masak lama2.. nanti kureng sedap..
Boleh makan dengas lemon lebihan ayam panggang tadi
Hias suka hatii... makan panas2

Ye Sarah. I masak dengan sos BBQ sampai betul2 lembut, lepas tu carik2 macam rendang (tapi moist lah sebab ada sos BBQ).

Kalau nak buat sendiri pun senang jugak, selalunya I guna ground beef (daging mesin)....letak bawang diracik halus, bawang putih sikit, garam, and telur (supaya daging tak berderai)., sometimes boleh letak bread crumb jugak sebagai agen pelekat.
