Plat guna resepi yang sama sebab hb suka resepi yang tu je.

Ni pulak lunch untuk hari ni. Roasted leg of lamb dan grilled lobster with cheese. Roasted leg of lamb tu plat cucukkan bunga cengkih dalam 10 biji dan tabur fresh rosemary sikit sebelum masuk dalam oven.

Just imagine kalau tinggal kat sebelah rumah Plat. Tak yah masak. Tiap2 hari pergi mengendeng. Plat ni terer masak tau.

Enjin masak laju bila ada mood. Kalau tak de mood tak jalan. Suruh hb beli Charcoal chicken je untuk dinner. :nerd:

Ni resepi untuk leg of lamb yang macam gambar kat atas tu.  Resepi sdn bhd. Kalau suka boleh ubahsuai ikut cita rasa sendiri.

Roasted Leg of Lamb

Ingredients:

1 leg of lamb
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbs finely chopped garlic
2 tbs finely chopped onion
2 tbs dried rosemary
4 tbs mint sauce
4 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste
10 whole dried cloves
1 bunch of fresh rosemary

Method:

Preheat oven to hot.
Place in large baking dish with half the oil.
Make a few braide cuts across the top of the lamb.
Combine remaining oil in small bowl with garlic, oinion, rosemary, sauces, sugar and salt. Using hands, press rosemary mixture all over lamb.
Using skewer, make 10 holes on the lamb and press a clove in each hole. Then sprinkle fresh rosemary on lamb.
Place lamb in the dish. Roast, uncovered, in hot oven about 1 hr and 30 minutes or until lamb is brown all over and cooked as desired.

Note: Boleh check lamb dah masak atau tidak dengan cucuk with skewer. Kalau juice yang keluar masih merah means lamb belum masak. So tak payah nak tarik keluar lamb dari oven lagi.

Resepi tu sesuai untuk lamb. Kalau ayam lagi sedap kalau guna other resepi yang ada taruk halia, bbq sauce etc. Makan roasted meat mesti ada sos. Kalau tak  nanti tak berapa sedap dan very dry. Nanti sangkut kat tekak pulak...:kant:

nk tanya olive oil xde masuk bahan2 lain ke?hanya olive oil semata atau ada dia proses campur bahan2 lain?bukan ape sebab semua olive oil yg dijual kat kedai ni saya tgk xde tanda halal la.was-was jgk nk beli.lagi satu nk tanya harga dia mahal jgk ke kat luar mesia atau kat mesia ni je yg mahal?

Olive oil mahal sikit dari minyak masak yang lain2 tapi tak la semahal macam di Malaysia. Kat Aussie ni ada banyak ladang olive. So yang plat selalu guna is local produced.

Sebelum tu nak tanya tinggal kat mana? Sebab kalau tinggal kat KL/city area senang skit nak cari bahan2 masakan western ni. Kat Cold Storage paling mudah nak dapatkan semua tu.

Tapikan Kajol. Dok jauh dari bandar bukan penghalang untuk kita dapatkan bahan2 masakan. Macam plat kat Aussie ni dok jauh dari oriental store yg jual barang masakan asia. 3 jam drive tau. So setiap kali ke sana, plat akan borong apa2 bahan yg plat perlu untuk masak masakan Melayu. Bila nak masak nanti semua barang dah ada.
