max range Bakhtar Shikan 3,000 meters. ini pun tentunya dalam keadaan cuaca baik siang hari. dlm jarak maksimum nie, ianya di luar jarak tembakan balas senjata ringan musuh. lagipun, kedudukan adnan nie tentunya dalam keadaan tersorok dengan unit tembakan sahaja yang exposed.
wa rasa la, tembakan Bakhtar Shikan hanya buleh dikesan oleh mangsa sahaja melalui penderia elektronik. dalam keadaan ini, mangsa buleh activate smoke dan tembak balas menggunakan main gun ataupun mesingan co-ax kearah kedudukan am ancaman. tapi dalam jarak 3,000 meter, wa rasa sikit sukar kot nak menakutkan pembidik Bakhtar Shikan.
kebiasaannya bagaimana marksmen unit infantri beroperasi? apakah jarak mereka nie 1,000 meter ke depan barisan sendiri? atau 2,000 meter? |

buleh cerita sket pasal fire n forget nie? mcm javelin ataupun nag (india).
pada fahaman wa, ianya menggunakan milimetric wave radar. mcm spike pakai IR & optic fibre. kira lagi bagus.
bagaimana nak counter IR missile atau millimetric wave? smoke screen atau chaff macam navy pakai tu ok ke? |

AFIK, the HJ-8 did very well in the last days of the balkans war
the HJ-8 was too heavy thus limiting movement, The chinese/pakistani did make some improvements from the lesson learned from the conflict

The performance of the "Hongjian-8E" is similar to the "TOW" anti-tank missiles of the US army, and is better than the German and French "Milan" anti-tank missile.
