kalo depress/tension...cmana ekk?

aku ada kawan..die cakap die ada problem...and slalu depress/runsing...
now die langsung cam tak bole nak fikir pasal life problem...aper je yang datang...die akan terima jerk
kalo cam kawan aku nehh...ubat ape ekkk die patut makan?nak jumpa doktor aper ekk?doktor haiwan..konfem  tak bole...hehe

aku pn slalu tension gak.
tp cara yg terbaik utok tenangkn diri adalah ngan mdkatkan diri kpd allah.
tp aku slalu wat bnda2 bodoh gak.
mcm telan penadol ngan air coke.
tp 2 x baek utok kesihatan.

nina skrg biasa ngaji banyak2...... dah x rase tensen cam dulu sgt wpon boring.... dulu selalu tensen boring dok penang ni xde kwn... asik g mana2 sorg2 je... so sejak rajin mengaji ni jd ok la sket.....

kalu rambo de motor/keta leh jln2 ronda2 amik angin....

kalau susah nak selesaikan sendiri masalah tu...ajak berbincang dgn keluarga, kawan2 atau pun bos tempat kerja. Jgn pendamkan masalah dalam hati...nanti jadi gila atau pun mungkin ada yg ambik keputusan bunuh diri. Kalau cara ni juga tak berjaya...elok lah jumpa psikiatrist. Dekatkan diri dengan agama ataupun aktif bersukan juga boleh membantu.

cuba tenangkan diri, baca al-Quran or solat sunat.
utk pengubatan,cuba amalkan roselle utk kurangkan stress.roselle ni byk vitamin C.

Hello kawan2,
Baru first time masuk thread ni.......Asben pun ada problem tu jugak......kalu biasa n bole control tu tak pe tapi kalu tak leh....
- seek expert help, asben gi neuro behavioural specialist (atau psychiatristlah tu)
- Take medication( w Dr advise only as ada ubat yg kalu ambik jadi addicted), and tak sesuka
   boleh stop medication.
- Family support is very vital. We hv to understand org yg sakit ni...dia banyak stages...mula2
  tu org panggil anxiety disorder(ala2 tensionlah), gradually sampai tahap depression(teruk)
- Yes, resign to The Creator( tu dah kira tawakkal, tapi Allah suruh usaha dulu followed by doa
   baru tawakkal)
- Boleh jugak pi jumpa Psycologist, sometimes thru communication w them, you will discover
  what was the 'thing' that triggers you.

  Cukuplah kot setakat ni dulu...apa2 pun support/understanding w people closest to you is
  important, jumpa lagi......
