Tadi gi shopping jap. Kat kedai kek ada jual choc eclair, with whipping cream. tgk sebiji AU$3.50 terus tak jadi beli. For that amount of money, I boleh buat sedulang. makan puas2.

Tapi tak tau lah Cali, semenjak ni malas je nak masak. Nak keluar duit, kedekut pulak tu. Tgk gambar your puffie je lah.

Kat sana AU3.50, kat sini lebih kurang RM5 seketul. Kalau pikir balik memang elok buat sendiri, at least boleh semua perasa yang kita teringin.

askum, selama ni Jaja dok baca je kat cni, dok tgk gambo2 cream puff ni, rasa meleleh air liur, hehe..
Jaja ni bkn pandai masak sgt, tp ingat nak try la wat skali, siang td dah sggah kat Bagus beli piping bag dgn nozel star skali, HEHEHE..bersemangat nak try ni, doakan Jaja berjaya yer sok...Nak try 1 may, cuti kan.

askum, selama ni Jaja dok baca je kat cni, dok tgk gambo2 cream puff ni, rasa meleleh air liur, hehe..
Jaja ni bkn pandai masak sgt, tp ingat nak try la wat skali, siang td dah sggah kat Bagus beli piping bag dgn nozel star skali, HEHEHE..bersemangat nak try ni, doakan Jaja berjaya yer sok...Nak try 1 may, cuti kan.

x sempat tgu esok, jaja dah buat pagi ni, baru kuar oven . Kira jadilah..alhamdulillah. tp x reti nak tepek gambo. ntilah lain kali insyaallh jaja tumpang tetpek hehe...tp x rope dia x cantik mcm yg Maisya punya  sbb dia naik gemuk, ilang bintang2 tu. ni nak wat inti plak. time kasih sume...

nanti kalau ada kawan -kawan yang buat ... ambik la gambar dari pandangan atas, bawah, sisi dan tepi. Kita nak tengok.

KIta dah buat tak tahu nak kata jadi ker tidak. cream puff nie kalau dah masak dia akan jadi seketul bulat ker?????? KIta buat dia naik, tapi kat bawak dia jadi melengkung, tu yang tak faham nye

next time..lepas u pipekan choux pastry tu..freezekan dulu
once beku then baru bakar mcm biasa..tak perlu defrost..straight from freezer to preheated oven..
kadang cara kita pipe tu yg menyebabkan udara sorta trap n menyebabkan bwh kuih mengelembung
tak pun api atas n bawah oen tak serata..bwh lagi panas dari atas
ataupun masa kita bancuh/kacau, bhn ade yg tak even so dia tak mengembang sekata..

jgn risau lah..kita buat pun kekadang jadik camtu gak

ada org lagik tak kat sini ek...kita tertingal train ler.....
plan nak buat cream puff respi Mok Nik ni nak bwk balik kg...tp nak tau baper lama boleh tahan ek...2 hari boleh ker???tak pernah buat ni baru 1st time nak wat hopefully menjadik...

CREAM PUFF....resipi dari yani my resipi...cuma saja letak kaler hijau perasa pandan...inti cream kastard..paip jer kt b*t*t bawah tu...tklah berlemuih sngtkan..
