Hi there...I ni bru nak buat system web based, i called it e-sms result. I buat system ni for one institute lh. Dgn adanya system ni  student tk payah nk pegi institute tu tuk check dorg punya result. If the result release automatically the system will send sms to their hp lh. this is the only idea that i have. But i masih belum lagi expert lh cana nk make this system successful. Ada tk sapa2 boleh beri pendapat or mayb dpt tolong ckit mcmana nk implement this system. I plan to use 'Dreamweaver' for interface, 'Oracle' for database n 'Java Programming'. Plz help me ASAP...

Obviously nak buat system ni takkan menjadi masalah untuk ko... perkara yang ko nak kena consider now is camna nak send sms tu - ko perlu connected to an sms gateway... perhaps a bulk sms service (UMTS Gateway) is best. How this works is company atau sekolah/college/etc beli in bulk smses (usually paid in advance)... then they'll use up the allocated/purchased sms... dah habis, then boleh top-up.

Right now company aku tengah working on a similar system too. Kalau ko interested nak find out more about UMTS Gateway tu, cakap sini and I'll PM you the contact person of an UMTS Gateway company yang company aku dok deal with.

Kannel is mainly being developed on Linux systems, and should be fairly easy to port to other Unix-like systems. However, we don't yet support other platforms, due to lack of time. Kannel requires the following software environment:
