selalu lapar ..

cam ne nak ilangkan lapar? aku ni kejap kejap dah lapar,
pastu sebok carik makanan, takot plak . . nanti gemok.
camne nak kurangkan  lapar ni

aku pun selalu lapar...
and aku nak something to snack..
ada tak yang snack tak der kalori..
aku dah mmg gemok takut bertambah gemok...

...have your meals on time...

...breakfast jangan skip...

...around 10 am...take some snacks...like biscuits...a piece of bread...

...then lunch time...

...afternoon break...around 3 plus ko makanlah sandwiches ke...snacks...

...then makan malam...

...before ko sleep...around 9 gitu...ko minum a glass of milk or milo...

...kalau rasa lapar...bley makan biskut 2 keping...(cream crackers)...

AKU PUN SAMA.. selalu lapar
mmg aku makan 6 kali sehariler
tapi elok mkn kerap dlm kuantiti sikit
leh burn fat and tingkat metabolisme right?
kalau makan 3 kali sehari tapi mealnyer banyak giler
lagik dasyat kan?

mamak stall arr tmpat singgahan sayer..
tapi time bekerje nie saya tahan ajer arr..

akak puteri pun cam tu.. tapi lepas makan sakit perut... pi doktor ingat gastrik ke apa ke... doktor pun kata gitu.. tapi lapar manjang... lepas makan, sakit perut.. ngupe gupe nyer ada penyakit nih.... tak ingat nama.. dalam perut kita ada sejenis bakteria... yg buat kita rasa lapar.... dan sakit perut.. tak hingat laaa apa nama benda tuh.....

any doctors here could explain tentang benda bakteria nih tak?

aku pon slalu lapar.. ... aku try minum banyak air... tp still lapar.. kl kat opis even lepas waktu lunch.. dah terase kenyang.. kl ader biskut ker.. mesti nak telan gak...

i tak tau sangat la pasal benda mcm ni...i tak rasa...tapi i cadang la....sedia kan makanan ringan..tak salah kita makan kerap...tapi dengan sikit2 la...yang penting makanan tu jgn berisiko pada badan..heheh....salah sori ek.....budak baru blajar...

aku pun slalu lapooo ... kalau tak lapoo pun rasa nak mengunyah ...
cam na ek .. dah le keje 8  jam dok mengadap notebook jee ..

apa makanan yg sesuai dijadikan snek .. yg tak effect weight??
