aku pun rasa aku & laki aku OCDs... tapi takder plak aku risau pasal menda nih...

aku kalo tutup tingkap or pintu... kengkadang kena repeat 3, 4 kali baru puas hati... selagi tak puas hati, aku akan buat...

pastuh kengkadang kalo naik keta tuh, rasa nak bukak pintu keta plak... masa keta tgh gerak... sib baik la aku masih waras lagik... tapi keinginan tuh mmg membuak-buak la...

aku nih OCD pintu agak nyer...

What is obsessive compulsive disorder?

Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is a condition where you have recurring obsessions, compulsions, or both.


Obsessions
These are unpleasant thoughts, images, or urges that keep coming into your mind. Obsessions are not simply worries about your life problems.

Common obsessions include:

1. fears about contamination with dirt, germs, etc. ~ ader sket2...

2. worries about doors being unlocked, fires left on, causing harm to someone, etc.  ~ heheh... aku ler nih... nak test keta nyer pintu tuh dah lock belum... eventhough terang2 dah lock...

3. intrusive thoughts or images of swearing, blasphemy, sex, someone being harmed, etc. ~ ini pun aku ader...

4. fear of making a mistake or behaving badly.   ~ ini pun ader...

5. a need for exactness in how you order or arrange things.  ~ ini pun macam nak pengsan ader... mak aku kata aku fussy... tapi aku suka menda tuh organised exactly how i like it to be organised...   


These are just examples. Obsessions can be about all sorts of things. Obsessive thoughts can make you feel very anxious or disgusted. You normally try to ignore or suppress obsessive thoughts. For example, you may try to think other thoughts to 'neutralise' the obsession.

Compulsions
These are thoughts or actions that you feel you must do or repeat. Usually the compulsive act is in response to an obsession. A compulsion is a way of trying to deal with the distress or anxiety caused by an obsession.

For example, you may wash your hands every few minutes in response to an obsessional fear about germs. Another example is you may keep on checking that doors are locked in response to the obsession about doors being unlocked. Other compulsions include repeated cleaning, counting, touching, saying words silently, arranging and organising - but there are others.

The obsessions and/or compulsions cause a lot of distress. They can also take up a lot of your time and interfere with your life. You know that the obsessions and compulsions are excessive or unreasonable. However, you find it difficult or impossible to resist them.

klu hubby tgh drive tp aku rasa suka2 nak tarik handbrake tu normal ker??? tapi keinginan tu disimpan dalam hati ajer....ni dikira simptom yg sama gak ker or aku yg tak betul....:stp::gila:

eh... aku pun kengkadang ader gak urge nih... terlintas kat pikiran gitu... nak tarik handbrake nyer compulsion!!! ...


aku rasa simptom nih... sebab aku google sat tadik... ramai gak ocd nyer orang yg ader urge nih...

ada tak sebab or punca jadik camni??? risau plak rasanya.....bila sebut basuh tgn, aku ada bad habit camtu...bkn pasal apa tgn rasa kering & tak baper bersih...or sometimes lepas shakehand.....terutamanya ngan laki lah...hahahahah naper tah aku rsa cam tgn dia org tak bersih....

What causes obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)?
The cause of OCD is not clear. Slight changes in the balance of some brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) such as serotonin may play a role. This is why medication is thought to help (see below). Other theories have been suggested, but none proved.

Who gets obsessive compulsive disorder?
About 1 in 100 people develop OCD. Anyone can develop OCD.

However, the chance of developing OCD is higher than average in first degree relatives of affected people (mother, father, brother, sister, child).

It usually first develops between the ages of 18 and 30. It is usually a chronic (persistent) condition. Many people with OCD do not tell their doctor or anyone else about their symptoms.

They fear that other people might think they are crazy ~ of course la!!. As a result, many people with OCD also become depressed. However, if you have OCD you are not crazy or mad (phew... ) and treatment often works.

kalo dia ada kat umah aku dulu, time aku gi keje, balik-balik tengok anak2 aku kat umah dok dalam gelap gulita lampu kipas tibi langsir tingkap pintu seme tutup..berpeluh2 budak2 tu..dia kata kalo pasang tibi redio kipas lampu nanti waya shot...kalo bukak tingkap pintu nanti aku org mencuri nak intai

pastu aku jejak je kaki lam umah, aku bukak segala-galanya sampai ke malam..muahahahahaha padan mukaaa

ocd sangat2 meletihkan...aku pn mengalami.kes aku lak aku paling takut terlupa nk tutup iron and gas.penah dlu da sampai ofis aku patah blk sbb dok terpikir2 aku dh switch off ke lum iron.and at that time aku p keje naik komuter!!just imagine..everytime im taking long trip sumwer,to b honest aku xtotally enjoy my holiday sbb dlm hati dok igt gas aku tutup ke x b4 leave d house...

mende ni xde ubat ke ek?aku dh penat especially asyik nk kna patah blk ke umah ni

aku ade tendency utk tanya soklan sama byk kali...dan aku suka kira jari tgn aku. mende2 lain, dh kunci kete ke blum...
1. Adakah ni lebih kpd was-was?
2. Adakah OCD ni bleh ditrigger drp trauma masa lampau? sesuatu yg kita pnah takut..dan takut akan tjadi lg..sbb tu kita amik measures yg berlbihan

mayb yg aku ni pun kaitan mcm ko punya yg num 1 tu la kikilalat...

mlm tadi aku nak isap rokok... cek cek, ada tinggai 5 btg dlm kotak 20... masa tu dah pukul 12.30mlm... aku start keta pi beli kat tujuhsebelas dlm 5 km dari umah aku...

bila pikir pikir balik, mungkin ini  ocd yg berlaku pada aku kut? sebab memang kalu rokok tu tinggai sikit, less than 10... tak kira mcm mana keadaan sekalipun, aku akan pegi beli...


p/s: chosen reject... nice name!!! nama tu aku pakai utk band aku dulu masa kat ipoh, cuma ejaan chosen tu aku rosakkan dengan dabel oo(choosen).. kita org main lagu grunge dan nama tu aku inspire dari video clip interview with nirvana, dimana cobain yg sebut "we are just a chosen reject"..ko budak mana chosen? peace
