Perkhidmatan Ambulan Yang Teruk - Update: Pesakit Mati, Ambulans Eksiden!

i've been thru this experience...it was last year...my mil tiba2 tak sedarkan diri...being alone with kids and maid...the first thing i call was my policeman friend..dia cakap call hospital yg terdekat kajang...call kajang...dia cakap rekod perubatan dia dimana? i cakap di ukm...then mintak ukm hantar....call pulak ukm...tak berangkat....afer all the call...last2 call ambulan bayar....kat kelang RM300....datang sepantas kilat despite ...mind u i've been doing all the calls since 5.45 pm....and only managed to get the ambulance after 11.00 pm....

sampai kat spital...ukm pulak cakap icu room dah fully occupied....call mana2 hospital kerajaan yg terdekat seme dah penuh...yg ada di pahang....:@

last skali tolak pi ampang putri sbb kat situ je icu room yg masih kosong....she passed away after 4 days.....

but apa yg paling dikesalkan ialah ambulan laaa....she is supposed to be helped within the first hour...but help came only after 5 hours...

mekasih ya....kalau ikut hati mmg rasa nak saman je...tapi i pray to GOd...macamana keluh, kesah, hampa, takut,sedih, marah nya hati i waktu tu...dorang akan rasa/lalui....baru dorang tau apa maknanya perkhidmatan dorang pada public....

It is sad to hear this kind of cases still happening in our wanna be 1st world country. Tak Werld betui la.. ha ha ha
Anyway , is this an exceptional case?. Or is it a norm case?. If it is 1 case in 1000 request of services , I don't think it is fair to say HKL Ambulanca Service is suck. There should be a proportionate response for case like this. Perhaps if the reason being not enough staff , then HKL should look into it more seriously. And we should press the authority to follow up on this issue so that all the relevant party always on alert for this kind of service.

Perhaps NGO bodies can follow up on this?. Where are they?. They have been awful quiet lately. Tak kan issue2 murtad saja yang depa interested.

ni aku nak cite sikit pengalaman aku kt france... tempat aku tinggal ni Brest. kt france, bomba ade ambulance sendiri, mcm cite Resvue 911 tu & anggota dia semua taraf paramedik, maknanye mampu buat pembedahan kecik dah tu. pas tu ambulance hospital plak, diorang stationed berselerak, may be dia ade transit masing2 kt keliling bandar tu utk ambulance standby...bile emergency je, kejap sampai....

Yes , it is nice to live in France yes?. But we really cannot expect Malaysia to have same kind of efficiency compared to France. Especially when per capita of France is USD30K compared to Malaysia USD12K. There are a lot of different in expectations from French people , and less expectations from Malaysian people.

apa pulak alasan dari pihak kementerian atau drebar ambulan tu??? drebar 1. gaji aku kecik je.. sampai cepat ke tak ke sama je.. 2.ambulan lama.. selalu rosak.. tu pasal la lambat.. 3.aku byk lagi pesakit nak bawak ni.. ko ingat kat sini ko sorang je ke yg sakit 4. Alaaa biasa la tu pihak kerajaan 1.Kita kekurangan kakitangan 2.kita kekurangan budget utk beli ambulan baru

Ada tak kemungkinan kita kat malaysia ni ada ambulan menggunakan heli dalam masa terdekat ni... ya le ambulan lama kena le ditukar baru... dengan heli tak payah ramai pakai ramai pemandu ambulan..... dan kalau kata Malaysia ni tak de Budget untuk kesihatan... ini dah dikira kezaliman...

tapi sebenonyer, ambulans nie kerajaan beli half million complete set. pandai2 lah drebar dan mekanik nak jaga ambulan nie baik2.....

aku sedih tgk sesetengan drebar ambulan bawak ambulan laju2, langgar lopak, mcm nak gi racing. kalau rosak, pantai medivest nak kaut untung, tak supply/beli part baru... guna je yg lama....

elok nyer cuma seminggu dua..... pastu rosak balik...

sama juga mcm tayar ambulans.. katakanlah dah haus, hantar kat pantai medivest suruh tukar tayar, tapi di tukar tayar 2nd hand.... claim kat KKM tayar baru.... mcm mana tur?

nak guna ambulan hari2... hantar patient bukan dekat.... jauh.....tk tau nak salahkan saper... org awam hanya tau menyalahkan institusi tersebut......

kalau kat spital aku, dapat je panggilan kecemasan biasanyer akan begini:
1.  kes aper , aper yang terjadi
2. kalau kes trauma, tanya berapa org yg cedera, mangsa sedar atau tidak....
    kalau kes non trauma, tanya sejarah penyakit pesakit terbabit
3. lokasi kat mana.kene tnya betol2 nnti susah nak cari
4. tanya nama pemanggil dan no telefon - biasanyer pemanggil akan marah balik jika tya nama dia krn kekonon patient dah nak mati sebuk nak berkenalan.....hehehehheh

kalau kes dekat ngan spital tak per, kalau kene jauh2 tambh jln jammed lagi......tur yg buat lambat....pengguna jln raya skg kalau dgr siren ambulan bukan nak bagi laluan pon.....pemanggil sibuk call 2-3 kali tanya naper tak sampi2 lagi.... ader yg bagi alamt, team tak jumpa cari, lokasi yg di beri salah, jammed, terpusing2 cari jalan lain...... bila sampai lokasi, patient mati, yg kene marah, team tur lah.....kesian kan.....

kalau kes trauma ( accident/fall/industrial accident )
kene tahu berapa ramai mangsa terlibat bagi memudahkan ambulan di bawa lebih dari sebuah ambulan. juga dapat membawa kelangkapan yang lebih utk di gunakan kepada mangsa.

kalau kes non trauma ( fainted/bodyweakness/DM/HPT )
kene tahu sama ada mangsa masih bernafas atau tidak, juga kene bagitau sejarah penyakit pesakit.

kekadang bila di tanya panjang menjela, kami mesti kene marah sebab banyak tanya.....cian kat kami

Postmotem result : he was suffering in CORONARY ARTERY BLOCKAGE... do u all knows , my dad is only 55 yrs old.. What a bloody ambulance service.? im staying in Taman Midah , CHeras ,  fcking near to HUKM. My dad still couldnt b safe? funny huh? how much i hope i can find the said operator whho is on duty that day , and ask her wat is means by BIAR DIA TUNGGU SAMPAI MATI. bloody...

Anyway , God bless to my DAD may he rest in peace.. we love you forever , dad

Villagers attack ambulance

KAPAR: Angry villagers attacked a Civil Defence ambulance for arriving late at the scene of an accident yesterday.

The four-member crew, who said they lost their way, were trapped in the ambulance for 30 minutes until police arrived. The villagers were angry that the ambulance had taken a long time to arrive at Batu 10, Jalan Kapar where three motorcyclists died in the accident at 1am.

The villagers badly damaged the ambulance with sticks and motorcycle helmets. A paramedic sustained minor injuries on his right hand when the ambulance抯 windscreen was shattered. He was treated at Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital in Klang.

ambulance boleh LOST  -- camana nak selamatkan orang
kalau tak mahir tentang jalanraya and places -

they should replace those people! -

ambulance crew pulak yang injured - let's WAIT another 4 hours
till another help coming  to save them --  then they'll understand
the crucial of how the time is to save the people -
