Do not eat Bak Chang

To all the non Muslim forummers,

Beware of the commercially sold Bak Chang. CAP said 20 samples of bak chang bought from Penang, KL, Ipoh, Taipind and Klang were tested to contain boric acid. Boric acid can lead to gastrointestinal illness, kidney damage and loss of appetite.

cam pernah dengar je bak chang tu... tu makanan/nasi yang dibungkus and dikukus tu ke??sorry klau silap.

Ini lah bak chang. Tidak HALAL. Asid boric digunakan sebagai preservative.

Tidak HALAL kalau keluaran non muslim, but refer to asid boric tu x pasti la pulak....eh, tul ker ada?...... Mak saya pon tahu buat jgak n selalu buat tok kami makan...huhuhuuuu.....

Bak=daging, chang=dumpling. Bukan semua chang mengandungi bak. Chang jugak mengandungi kacang merah.
