satu info yang bagus utk sesapa yang nak diet.

saya pernah guna pil ni 2 tahun yang lalu.. dalam jangkamasa 2 bulan berat turun 20kg. samb lagi guna, berat turun 6 kg. tiba-tiba terkeluar cite pasal pil SLIM 10 tu, i stop. then my weight gain back 20kg. Now i terpaksa guna semula pil ini.. effect yg macam kawan-kawan kata tu.. takde lak kena kat saya. yang ada cuma rasa kering tekak tapi tak mau lak minum. Exercise memang bagus.. tapi lambat dan kurang berkesan

how to stop craving for food? why do only some ppl crave for food? does it hv to do with how the way we think or genetics or jus our bad luck?is there any natural way at all to not crave for food or have the thought of food all the time in ur mind....any help out there??? thx:nyorok:

haz penah guna duromine ni abt 2 years ago...
just like other forumers said, jantung akan berdegup ngan laju..memalam susah nak tido...tekak akan kering & haus sesangat...
tapi mmg ader turun la....
xenical pon haz penah try gak...
mmg kena prepare xtra underwear & bring liquid soap everywhere...

Actually, I've been trying this pills for the past 2 years.... memanglah turun, tapi i ni tak berdisiplin, but i ambil pil ni atas nasihat doktor...
still continue... alhamdullillah no side effects on me... cuma rasa dahaga aje...

Kidney disease (severe) or

This drug in Malaysia is classified under Group B of the Poison Classification. This means that it is a controlled item and can only be dispensed with a prescription from a registered medical practitioner using a prescribed form and in the correct dosage. Certainly the pharmacist cannot be allowed to prescribe it or sell it to anyone like OTC (ovet the counter) items.

Based on Nautilus' explanation, I believe it is important for everyone to use discretion when suggesting drugs or any approach as solution for problems. Everyone must remember all the time of the implications of not so accurate suggestions put on this board.

and alaso  could you make a specific thread about the INTRODUCTION OF added substance like i tongkat ali thingy in the drinks like now coffee or what not?

I believe a better solution will be exercise and selection of proper daily diet. Ofcourse it will take longer to achieve desired result, but at least one don't have to worry of side affects that comes with drugs or other means of quick fix solution.

adik aina pun pernah amik duromine ni tp skrg ni dah berenti dah,dia pun kena gak side effect tu  mlm2 x leh tido,dada berdebar2,resah semcm,selalu dahaga.aina sendiri lak dok pikir nak amik xenical,betul ke effective amik drugs ni,dlm seminggu berapa kg leh trn?ada side effect lain lg tak selain dr oily flatulence? betul ke lg byk kita makan oily food,lg teruk side effect kita kena kalau amik xenical ni? any one can help me?thanks..

if we were to compare between duramine and ionamine, duramine tu kira abang pada ionamin la .... lagi kuat dan lagi cepat blh kurus. selalunya doc akan suggest kita makan duramine for 3 months, lps tu kena stop and lps dua bulan, boleh start makan ionamine. ionamine ni tak seberapa kuatnya ...

xenical mmg bagus and it has NO SIDE EFFECTS. for me, tak de masalah dengan terkentut minyak ke apa, sbbnya kalau kita perempuan lagi la tak de masalah as we can always wear sanitary pad. pakai everytime and tak de la masalah terkena kat spentot ke hapa cuma sabun tu mmg kena make sure bawak ke mana
