Which Iraqis are you supporting from a tanker and a ship in the gulf. I want boots on the ground examples not sitting pretty at 35,000 feet or playing around in the gulf. Again, you show no substance other than mere statement "we are supporting the Iraqis". Clearly, why should we send support when Iraq cannot decide for itself unless its being cleared by the US. I would not call that a state, since it cannot even kick out Blackwater for killing its own citizens. Is that helping by the way Dweeb. Are you guys helping that way too? |

SG understands that this is not our war, we are merely supporting the rebuilding of Iraq. We have no business in street fighting with Iraqis or show-off how well we can fight.
Moreover, our government may not be the best but one thing is for sure that they value the lives of every Singaporean and will not subject its people to unnecessary danger. You may say the value of every SG soldier's life is higher than MY if you want. It is a known fact that our government has invested heavily in training n equiping every SG soldier than yours. Whoever has a higher technology has a higher chance of survival in war. The americans did not lost the Vietman war. There are millions of veitnamese dead versus a mere 50,000 americans. The americans simply withdrawn its troops due to domestic pressure.
No one here can tell if SG soldiers can perform better than MY or vice-versa. So stop the crap saying who is better here n there. The only way to proof is to have a war by cutting water supply to SG. Do you want to see this happening? I dont think so. |

Who ever said, Malaysian soldiers was less than that of SG. All I said was to your "lack of brain compatriot" that you don't talk the talk if you can't prove it. The point being we cannot send troops to support the Iraqi government because it has not requested UN assistance to help in deploying a peacekeepers because the virtue of the Iraq war was illegal. The American's lost the war, they may have won battles-the operational side, but they sure did go back with their tails between their legs. The body count alone was one of the reasons that led to the disintegration of the American strategy in Vietnam-the infatuation of numbers rather that outcomes or effects. Who are you to tell others to stop the crap, don't like it move to another thread. Maybe you can convince the idiot compatriot to go with you since he is the cause of all this crap as you put it everytime he opens the orifice whichever you may choose supposedly to give insights.
