The Government has to do that because it is GOVERNMENTS' RAMPANT EXCESSIVES, EXPLOITATION & DESTRUCTION. (GREED).
The Government illegal for a long time wants to stay in power via GREAT because of hidden agenda of GREED for themselves and their cronies while attacking the people and opposition with threats like May 13, 1969 and all the draconian laws like Internal Security Act, Police Act, Seditions Act, Pubishing and Printing Act, Official Service Act, and what other unwritten things like social contract not in the Federal Constitution. But all the amendments of the Federal Consitution had been done by the illegal Governments for a long time and bias to the race and religion also in the majority resulting in the minority with less and less. Even the majority do not get what they are entitled and only a small group grabs everything running into the hundreds of Billions of Ringgit.
Now the rigging of General Election 2004 is confirmed by its own Official Gazette. GREAT had been done many times before and rigging not confirmed until UMNO comes to Sabah where a joint State and Parliament General Elections were held at the same time in March 2004.
I have lodged two Police Reports on GE 2004 and Elections Commission plus submitting a complete brief based on my book "A case of victory - landslide or rigslide" on GE 2004 to the Election Commission. I do not hear from the Police since 26th December 2006 on this very serious evidence of rigging. I have yet to hear from the Elections Commission since 29th October 2007.

This belated book with solid evidence is not sub judice when there are still any outstanding Court cases which I believe are 'really dormant' as the people only talk of the next general elections. The Report Proper
On the conduct of the 11th National General Elections and 10th Sabah State General Elections- 21 March 2004 by the Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya (SPR)/Election Commission (/EC)
I, Joshua Kong Yun Chee want to lodge a Report as follows:-
Democratic election processes must be seen to be conducted fairly and orderly with minimum disruptions and discrepancies, but many observations appear otherwise namely:-
Cara-cara pilihan raya demokratic mestilah di nampak di buat dengan baik dan susun tanpa kekacauan atau perbezaan, tetapi banyak keadaan- keadaan sudah jadi kurang baik dan betul.
1) Frequent allegations of the faulty electoral rolls can be a reality as dubious citizens and/or phantom voters prevail as in Project IC/ Project M and other Police reports.
Daftar pengundi disangka tidak betul kerana termasuk warga luar (rakyat dubious) dan/atau pengundi hantu yang diketahui di Projek IC/ Projek M dan Laporan Polis lain-lain. (refer A48, A49 (latest book/buku Project IC), A51- examples only).
2) The questioned conduct of the elections by all concerned EC included prior to nominations, during nominations, after nominations during campaign period and polling day including the votes counting and results. Perlaksaan pilihan raya oleh beberapa pihak yang berkenaan termasuk
SPR adalah disoal dalam masa yang berkaitan iaitu sebelum penamaan, masa penamaan, masa selepas penamaan sehingga hari undi termasuk kira undi dan umum keputusannya.
3) The Gazette dated 12th April, 2004 available in print in July 2004 in Kota Kinabalu confirm the discrepancies generally in the issues of ballot paper for Parliament seat and the total of respective State seats under that particular Parliament seat. (Sabah's scenarios in A2 and a few sample of others in A4). Sabah scenario is also illustrated in 4 specific cases in Q1-4 while others are in another 4 specific case in Q5-8. Q1-8 are provided in details in A1 (lower portion) for cross references. Such rampant discrepancies create great suspicion on the conduct of the EC especially on polling day.

Attached with this report are samples of observations of discrepancies, errors as marked in diamond shaped note plus press cuttings of about 50 pages. Adalah sedia dengan laporan ini adalah contoh bagi bermacam berbezaan, kesalahan, seperti di tanda intan dan lebih kurang 50 muka surat.
In any possible misconduct of elections, rigging and irregularities may prevail giving rise to injustice when Government is formed. (A46, A47, A49). Perlaksaan yang kurang baik mungkin boleh ada tipu menyebabkan aniaya apabila Perentah dibentuk (A46, A47, A 49).
In view of many complaints and questionable incidences, as indicated in pages marked (A38-53), it is suggested that a Royal Commission of Inquiry be held to establish beyond doubt that 'electoral frauds' as perceived by some quarters had not taken place. In the meantime, it is an open question as to how the present EC can conduct any future elections with the full confidence of the consumers who are also likely be the voters and candidates.
Dengan banyak aduan dan kejadian disoal, yang disebut in muka surat (A38-53), di cadangkan sebuah Suruhanjaya diRaja siasat di bentuk supaya kesalahan/frauds pilihan raya yang disangka oleh rakyat di putus tiada diadakan. Police report on the Elections Commission by Joshua Kong 10th August 2007
I want the Police to investigate further on the following crucial matters:-
1) The faulty Electoral Rolls of Sabah
Despite regular exhibited rolls for public viewings, the rolls are faulty for many reasons and some of that as follows and illustrated in App A and pages as referred:-
1A) The inclusion of substantial illegal people given genuine ICs (EPIC) under various illegal methods namely Project IC/ Project Mahathir since 1963 under various political parties namely USNO, Berjaya, UMNO under Task Force Chairman Musa Aman (AP 31-34) and other minor parties. Notes 1, 2 & 4 of App. A.
1B) Malaysians living abroad through migration/given up citizenships/simply dead/dual citizenships. Has the Electoral Rolls updated for this. Note 3 of App A and AP24.
1C) Many in the Rolls do not have their earlier H7-digits IC listed and these can be the EPIC hence not entitled to be in Roll. Note 7 of App A.
1D) Those special identity cards given to the Police and Armed Force could be registered with their own personal civil IC numbers. So 'R' & 'T" are unnecessary provision. AP7 & AP8 and the notes there.
1E) The inconsistencies of code H for Sabah also allocated to non Sabahans. Note 5 of App A.
1F) Very old people included in the Electoral Rolls to be verified for existence. Note 8 of App A.
2) As long as there are faulty Electoral Rolls with names of people possible non existent, the issue of phantom voters would be exploited by substituted dubious documents on polling day when there are a few hundred thousands IMM 13 holders, documentless and illegal people in Sabah. AP21, AP22, AP25, AP26, AP27.
3) As long as the Rolls are loaded with fake citizens or EPIC, there cannot be proper conduct of legitimate General Elections as the basis of a proper and legal State and Federal Government.
4) Not a recent phenomenon of electoral misconduct, but now it is exposed over the General Elections 2004 via my Police Report - K'sing/rpt/10281/06 - on 26th December, 2006, we cannot allow any misconduct of General Elections to be perpetrated.
5) The Electoral Rolls must be corrected and electoral processes for the supposedly independent Election Commission (EC) be rectified. As EC cannot conduct its own investigation, we need an Independent Inquiry to clear the EC of frauds and rigging when the turnout has been generally low in recent General Elections.
Saya mahu pihak Polis buat siasat betul atas perkara-perkara kritikal di Sabah
1) Daftar Pemilih bagi Sabah tidak sah
Sungguhpun Daftar Pemilih di kemukakan kepada rakyat untuk di pereksa, daftar pelmilih adalah tidak sah kerana banyak sebab-sebabnya and beberapa di antaranya adalah disebut bawah dan dirujuk di App A dan muka surat yang berkenaan:-
1A) Termasuk banyak orang pendatang asing tanpa izin (PATI) yang telah diberi kad pengenalan tulen/jati dibawah beberapa bentuk0 iaitu Projek IC / Projek Mahathir sejak tahun 1963 oleh parti-parti politik iaitu USNO, Berjaya, UMNO's Task Force dipengerusikan oleh Musa Aman (AP31-34) dan pihak yang lain lain. Nota 1, 2 & 4 di App A..
1B) Rakyat Malaysia yang sedang tinggal luar negeri melalui pindahan/buang warga/mati/warga dua negara. Adakah Daftar Pemilih diubah betul ikut pindahan begitu? Nota 3 di App A & AP24..
1C) Banyak pengundi di Daftar Pemilih tidak ada kad pengenalan H7 digit disenaraikan dan pengundi iaitu mungkin PATI dulu tidak berhak di senaraikan di Daftar Pemilih. Nota 7 di App A..
1D) Kad Pengenalan yang khas bagi pekerja Polis dan Tentera boleh juga di daftar dengan kad pengenalan sendiri. Jadi sistem 'R' & 'T' tidak perlu. AP7 & AP8 dan nota di muka surat masing-masing.
1E) Adalah tidak konsisten bagi kod H untuk Sabah dulu bagi kepada orang bukan Sabah. Nota 5 di App A..
1F) Ada orang paling tua juga di senaraikan in Daftar Pemilih yang perlu di sahkan semula. Nota 8 di App A..
2) Apabila keadaan Daftar Pemilih yang tidak sah kerana nama-nama pengundi yang tidak wujud, hal pengundi hantu boleh di buat oleh pengundi palsu dengan dokumen palsu pada hari undi kerana beberapa ratus ribu orang yang memegan IMM13, dan PATI tanpa dokumen sah ada di Sabah. AP21, AP22, AP25, AP26, AP27.
3) Apabila keadaan Daftar Pemilih dimuatkan dengan warga palsu atau EPIC, tidak jadi pelaksaan pilihan raya yang sah untuk membentuk kerajaan Negeri dan Persekutuan yang sah kemudian
4) Pilihan Raya yang tidak sah bukan suatu kejadian yang dekat dulu tetapi hal ini didedahkan di Pilihan Raya 2004 melalui Laporan Polis saya rujukan -K'sing/Rpt/10281/06 pada 26hb Disember 2006, kami tidak memberi peluang bagi Pilihan Raya yang tidak sah di sambung lagi.
5) Daftar Pemilih mesti di ubahsesui dan di betulkan dan process pilihan raya yang sewajarnya bebas dilaksanakan secara yang betul. Kerana Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya tidak boleh membuat siasatan sendiri, saya minta sebadan Siasatan yang bebas diadakan untuk habuskan kesalahan-kesalahan dan tipu-tipuan apabila bilangan pengundi bagi beberapa pilihan raya diadakan adalah rendah.

Faulty Rolls can be attributable to the following observations:- {App A: notes 1- 8}
Note 1:- EPIC of Sabah
The number of such people including children can be 1- 2 millions. Refer to pages App 28-30 & 31-34. For those over 21 years, the number of them in the Rolls can be substantial. EC still want to register more voters.
Note 2:- IC issued to illegals
Blocks of numbers had been identified to be issued to illegals as per pages AP 11-13 & AP17-20 and the Rolls are loaded with such names as per example in page AP1.
Note 3 - Migration & given up citizenships
Many had migrated and could have given up citizenships as per news report page AP22. The number of this category from Sabah can be much higher since 1970s and the recent arrivals and departures statistics indicated about 800,000 Malaysians had left Sabah for the period 1995-2003. AP23. The Electoral Rolls have not been updated for such cases.
Note 4 - Late registrations for ICs
Many born in the thirties, forties and fifties namely prior to 1963 had their identity cards in the new system of H7 digits very late hence doubt of their origin or birth place is justified. (refer pages AP1, AP11. AP12, AP13 & AP24).
Note 5 - Code H for Sabah
There have been inconsistencies as to how some identity cards of people coded H for Sabah but born outside Sabah especially those from other states had been processed as some examples below:-
Old IC H0000247 / MyKad 620331-10-6692; H0000290 / 701030-10-6642; H0000303 / 381022-07-5006; H0000319 / 721124-14-5798; H0000338 / 701102-08-6223; H0000344 / 620530-02-5991; H0000343 / 571008-02-6299; H0000361/ 450527-08-5417; H0000388/ 530829-08-5762 ; H0000389 / 630903-01-5665; H0000405 / 541122-11-5220; H0000420/ 700420-71-5131; H0000423/ 531204-01-5611; H0000441/ 330705-08-5254; H0000440/ 290521-10-5149; H0000449 / 690630-71-5408; H0000456 /710206-13-5653; H0000472 /470323-01-5757; H0000482/ 340114-08-5295; H0000494 / 560921-13-5221; H0000499/ 710124-13-5713;
Note 6 -The proportion of qualified voters based on the Census.
In 2000 after the General Elections of 1999, 96,677 voters were deleted and yet the GE was deemed valid (page AP23).
Note 7 - Rolls of names without H7 digits
Such names are referred by their 12 digits of MyKad only hence they obtained their MyKad at very late age, indicating they are likely illegal people as per examples in pages
Note 8 - Very old people to be verified
Some are very old people, and I wonder whether they are still in the State?

2. CONFIRMED RIGGING
Without any doubt from the data of the General Elections 2004 results in the Government's Gazette, it is now possible to confirm that rigging had occurred in the General Elections 2004 as this is the first time in the Sabah's electoral history since the first one on 8th April, 1967 that Parliament (National) and the State Elections were held together. Riggings of General Elections and by elections are in various forms but most complaints would fail unless solid evidence is obtained. It is quite futile and costly to go to the Election Courts over some electoral disputes or offence by the defeated candidates unless the Election Commission pursue such actions. Has the Election Commission ever taken any candidate or party to the Election Courts for any incidence of offence except barring some candidates to file their nomination forms in subsequent Election? In N13 Likas by elections 2001's Court hearing, EC even requested it to be excluded. We have also observed that the Election Commission, the Anti Corruption Agencies (ACA), the Police, mass media and other implementation authorities had been bias at General Elections and By Elections.
Do we have the record of cases brought to the Election Court that have failed or struck off at the earliest possible hearing processes?. There maybe a few such Court cases that had resulted in by elections. The landmark case was decided in Sabah in the Likas 1999 - N13 where violations of important electoral regulations were confirmed. However, that case did bring up a prominent scenario of phantom voters and election offence that the victor in 1999 was banned for a term and by elections for State and Parliament seats were held - the ensuing long drawn out affairs with detrimental impact on the electoral system.
Then the EC decided to apply the process whereby the Electoral Roll once printed in Gazette is not to be challenged for the Elections. That could be the watershed for this rigging in General Elections 2004 now confirmed as I had lodged two Police Reports on 26th December 2006 (Police Report 1 or PR1-Karamunsing/Rpt/10281/06) and 10th August 2007 (Police Report 2 or PR2- Karamunsing/011997/07) on a wide range of electoral issues and abuses.
With the first results of the General Elections 2004 appearing in the newspapers and the online websites of the Bernama (Malaysian National News Agency) and EC, I did a brief analysis on those available results and submitted that to the Press, EC and ACA for the Sabah sector by comparing the results and voting patterns of Parliament and state seats within each respective Parliament constituency. Eleven out of twenty five Parliament constituencies in Sabah were not analysed as such seats were uncontested, hence the said analysis could not cover all seats to give the complete picture in Sabah.
I did not act further on the questioned results based on the analysis of comparison as I was only able to obtain a complete set of the official Gazette of the General Elections 2004 held on 21st March 2004 supposed to be published on 12th April, 2004 until July 2004. Even with the Gazette, I could not pursue the case further in case of sub judice of the Election Court cases pending disposal. Even if I had stood for the General Elections, I would only have the right of action in my particular constituency when it is the whole nation that is under the rigslide.
After the initial complaint in the first few days after 21st March, 2004 and the lodgement of two Police Reports, it is now timely that I publish this little book to expose the rigging with the official data in the Gazette.
May I think aloud that after I lodged the first Police Report on behalf of Consumers Association of Sabah & Labuan (CASH) and reported in the Press in at least two English newspapers (page 95), the EC appears to be indifferent to what I alleged in PR 1 in December 2006. The PR 2 of 10th August 2007 was only reported in the Chinese press. I had also submitted the PR1 to ACA for attention. After I have published this book, I will forward to the EC both the Police Reports together with the schedule of additional analysis not in those Police Reports.
4. ANALYSIS OF DISCREPANCIES
In the PR1 and PR2, I had dealt with these discrepancies briefly and now I would present them in 14 Parliamentary seats with the respective State seats within plus a summary of the major critical discrepancies in 7 States (pages 23-31).
There were significant discrepancies of Ballots paper issued for Parliament and its respective State seats under the category of total number of ballot papers issued at the poll (including postal ballot papers issued to voters and rejected ballot papers but excluding spoilt ballot papers) and the average of percentage of voting. Almost all seats scrutinised in the eight states in Table A below have discrepancies and those listed below are above 100 votes for 57 out of 135 seats with six of more than 1,000 and the highest one in Kelantan at 4,740. When rigging (pre-loaded boxes as switched) occurs, small discrepancies should also be investigated at the counting centres to clear any doubt. As in accounting, any trial balance that does not balance by itself, we need to scrutiny the book entries until we find the errors even of small amounts as the big ones could be exposed in the process of searching for the missing/mistaken figures. |

Every time, I meet someone known or not so known to me, the first question is about next General Election and my participation.
My response now is that it is impossible to have GE and get the legal results if rigging is continued like in previous ones.
I am talking from my experiences in General Elections since 1971 first as an Elections Clerk issuing ballot papers and then as independent candidate in 1986 and 2001 (plus a few aborted nominations). As you know, I did everything myself as independent candidate in all the processes (start to finish) and so I learned. Other candidates allow other people in the party likely to do the work for them. In addition to that I have lodged at least two Police Reports on GE2004 plus writing a book "A case of Victory - landslide or rigslide" and many other articles.
If you read the letter to the EC recently (see below), as long as EC is bias and rigging continues OFFICIALLY, there would not adequate results on the night of polling day. Opposition parties and candidates must do their homework and work properly. We would urge the EC to do more in addition to the transparent boxes and indelible ink in the following processes:-
1) A legal copy of the Birth Certificate of the candidate be presented at the nomination centre and then exhibited on the notice board for one week of the EC headquarter and district offices.
2) Rectify the faulty Electoral Rolls by deleting all dubious citizens and those who have migrated and given up Malaysian citizenship as per mentioned in the Police Reports as up to 50% of those voters on the Rolls can be holders of Project IC.
3) Have a complete set of valid Electoral Rolls in the State Headquarters for public viewing after the General Elections is announced; if not allow a CD to be available on the in-house computer.
4) The ballot papers as issued must be signed (hand or chop) by the Candidates and/or the polling agents before they are dropped into the ballot boxes.
5) All official tallying and counting documents at the election centres must be given to the candidates and their agents on the night before declaring final results with an hour of objection time. Independent scrutineers or auditors be employed to verify the results before declaring final results.
6) The results to be issued to be in the Official Gazette be exhibited in the State Headquarters and other major towns on due date after polling day.
Unless we apply the essential measures as proposed and when the switching of ballot boxes is still practised, the results would not be declared on the night of polling when the discrepancies of ballot papers issued emerge. We would then have a national crisis of no Government within the foreseeable days after the polling - a scenario best avoided as prevention is better than cure. Calling for costly fresh elections would not be feasible as the same mess would go on. |

Tsunami of Illegals & Illegalities (TII) is here BUT not to stay here as we must have the spiritual and political will to stop it now.
TII was slowly creeping into Sabah since 1963 despite there was an initial hoo haa about the sort of independence thing would bring benefits to the genuine local people.
I have quite a long list of names who are outsiders and also illegals in Sabah in my 18 Police Reports dominating others in policies and implementation of such policies. Now Sabah has been run down by the system of Federalism for 44 years and every one start to point their fingers at our own people who had allowed such degradation to take its ugly course in Sabah. Actually TII is still prevailing in Sabah. So we stop it at all costs - with much sacrifice and divine help. We need to cry out to God without stopping.
Meanwhile I am compiling about 1,000 pages of 18 Police Reports and you can read them.
I think you also know who are the legitimate foreigners masquerading as dubious locals working against the interests of Sabah.
I strongly feel that all key office holders in the civil service or public offices like socalled elected representatives would present all their birth certificate for public scrutiny before we take action against them.
Also I am on track to be the Prime Minister of Malaysia in a political mission since I left college in 1969 - another great effort to have the PM HQ in Sabah.

Boycott the next General Elections
TO ALL CONCERNED PEOPLE for true justice to right electoral frauds

1. BOYCOTT - After the BERSIH's brave march in the rain to the DYMM YDP Agong on 10th November 2007 also dubbed the Yellow Message in the Memorandum on Clean & Fair Elections, now sort of denied from a Palace Source after almost a week, the next thing to do is to BOYCOTT the next General Elections. It is futile to campaign for change with the incapable and very likely corrupted Election Commission plus other relevant authorities - Police, Press, Public utilities who are involved with the General Elections.

2. BROOM- This was the symbol of the Selangor Menteri Besar in presenting the broom award to his fellow servant for failure to collect the revenues in some district councils. While broom is depicted to bad luck for some except the MB, it is an instrument to sweep clean like BERSIH or to sweep under the carpet as in this case with the Bersih Memo to the YDP Agong. Only Agong can confirm which is which now.

3. BOOT- After the broom award message failed the MB, he cautioned the BOOT to follow. So the Bersih's memo to the Agong failed to activate both the Broom and Boot message for the illegal Government due to GREAT [see links below] after GREED - Governments' Rampant Excesses, Exploitations & Destruction for decades under the illegal UMNO with nearly a million and more illegal members apart in conflict to the spirit of Federal Constitution.

STOP THE ROT.

Why boycott would work is because we can then send that positive message to the world that anarchy (illegal Government operating under emergency) cannot be tolerated further to run down the young nation under a bias system which is intended to destroy half of its people, Malaysia inherited from the British time through two major crimes against humanity via ethnic cleaning and apartheid (both undeclared). ENOUGH is ENOUGH.

Mafrel Will Monitor General Election
PUTRAJAYA, Nov 19 (Bernama) -- An independent body, Malaysians for Free and Fair Elections (Mafrel), will conduct overall monitoring of the coming general election to ensure good election practices.
Its chairman Abdul Malek Hussin said a monitoring task force had been set up to monitor the general election in four regions -- Northern, East Coast, Central and South, and Sabah and Sarawak.
"The Election Commission (EC) is supportive of our intention to monitor the next general election," he said at a joint press conference with EC chairman Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Abdul Rahman here today.
He had earlier submitted the final reports to the EC on Mafrel's monitoring of three by-elections, namely in Batu Talam, Machap and Ijok.
Abdul Malek said Mafrel held a dialogue with the EC today to present its views and suggestions to enhance the country's election practices through such reports.
"We've got official recognition from the EC on the importance of observing and monitoring the general election in a free and non-partisan way."
Abdul Malek said some of the weaknesses mentioned in the reports had already been rectified, in the process of being rectified or could be rectified.
Abdul Rashid, meanwhile, said that some of Mafrel's suggestions could not be done by the EC as it was bound by law, for instance, on the electoral roll.
"It cannot be changed at will even if felt suitable as it has to comply with the requirements of the Federal Constitution. It can only be amended through the legal process," he said.
On Mafrel's suggestion to review the campaign period which was said to be short, Abdul Rashid said this did not require the law to be amended and the EC would look into the matter.

KOTA BARU: Political parties that lose in elections should not make the Election Commission their scapegoat by blaming the electoral process, said EC chairman Tan Sri Abdul Rashid Abdul Rahman.

Joshua lodges yet another report
Kota Kinabalu: Cash Deputy President, Joshua Kong has lodged another police report - this time to know the results of the police investigations into his previous 18 police reports and supporting documents of up to almost a thousand pages.
"I have done much sacrifice in this matter and wish that the police, possibly at the Bukit Aman's level, and other relevant authorities will bring justice to Sabah and the nation accordingly for the common good," he said here Monday.
Kong said since the value of the 18 police reports are worth a few trillion ringgits and most of them deserved to be handled by the Royal Commission of Enquiry individually.
"Therefore, we need to have a Royal Commission of Enquiry to assess why many police reports are likely ignored and neglected nationwide," he said. |

1) Pekan's flood - the worst in Pahang
Is that a worst coincidence? We can interprete that in many ways. Why Pekan - the seat of power of the illegal Deputy Prime Minister? There appear to be a lot of cleansing to be done there as God does it His way in Pekan. The illegal deputy Prime Minister is also tormented by the murder case of the Mongolian woman by C4 whether there is a flood or not. Pekan's victory of the DPM is rigged in General Elections 2004 and in fact the Malaysian Government is illegal. If we want to accept that flood is a way to indicate mere punishment or retribution from God for our own behaviour, then the best we can do is to change the rotten system in the nation of 50/44 years. RAHMA... N = be end and not Najib because the new system needs new people to be led by Joshua Kong.
2) General Elections delayed in 2007
A year of great anxiety when how many speculated possible dates of snap General Elections in 2007 despite the term is only up in 2009. Now 2007 is washed out by the RED floods in peninsula Malaysia after the Bersih (Yellow) and Hindraf (Orange). It is not an excuse for the illegal Government installed by the illegal General Elections 2004 to stay on ruling in favour of Tsunami of Illegals & Illegalities (TII). The RED sign is the ultimatum for the DYMM YDP Agong to instal proper caretaker Governments (Federal & State) in Malaysia to bring back the basic needs of the nation as run down by the illegal UMNO or UMNO baru for 50/44 years. The survived small man in Joshua Kong is the right man to helm the new Government with a new system for the better tomorrow. Don't you see the bankrupt illegal Government who talks foolishly over the recent floods? Don't you see the bankrupt illegal Government who talks foolishly over the recent public demonstrations? I think Samy Vellu for once speak some sense when he said " If British Court was to award the demands of Hindraf, Great Britain would be bankrupt". If that is a reality, who would benefit from such massive endeavour? TII is worst than the floods in the eastern states of Malaya, hence the present illegal Governments must be removed now.
3) Animal sacrifice
This practice is likely based on the ancient biblical story of Abraham on Isaac or the other version of Ishmael. While Islam and its followers have stayed on with animal sacrifice despite the coming of Jesus Christ, it was God's message that God provided a lamb instead of his real son Isaac for Abraham's faithfulness in obeying God's instruction. It was heart broken for the aged man Abraham to sacrifice his son on the instruction of God when God knows all that he offered a lamb instead. Now God knows our needs in this sinful world that he offered his Son Jesus Christ to die on the Cross as a lamb once and for all for our Sin. Yet some people still want to do the human sacrifice via the proxy of animals which is really meaningless in the spiritual sense. What value is there that human incur the animal sacrifice on our terms when God has provided the best sacrifice? Simply put we are still very much in disobedience of the true doctrine of God. No animal blood can do any cleansing for us and non pleasing to God except the precious blood of Jesus Christ in God's Word as His Word becomes fresh. What we see in the mass media of animal sacrifice is SCARIFICE.
4) Christmas celebrations
Christmas celebrations are definitely human created activities for all sorts of intentions. Honestly do we need to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ when so many have tried to distort the occasion with culture? We know that good and bad things do prevail in our midst. How can some Christians have the desired impact when it is a spiritual substance over a physical form? Too many people are into the form rather than the substance of the season and when we are into a spiritual form, the celebrations must be of a different dimension to lift the world out of the rotten systems. Jesus did tell me his birthday is not that important and what is important is that we have HIM in our hearts. Even the Christmas plants along the road at Bukit Nenas, Signal hill, Kota Kinabalu are in full blooms of the season.
5) Climate change
We are tackling Climate change when we understand it as global warming. We are really missing the crux of the issue when we only consider the global warming as we feel it daily under the prolonged daily hot Sun. Actually climate change has much greater implications like the extremes of the cold and heat are wider than before. Basically, there are characteristic changes in the atmosphere and the environment. Unless we address the underlying changes of our rain forests and other disturbed environment, whatever little done by the various forums (local and international) on climate change is really too little to reverse the adverse impacts on the aging earth. To make positive impacts to reverse the climate change, we need to make lots of sacrifices in our lifestyles over the last 50 years. Another explanation for global warming is the impact of planets known or unknown to the earth by their related proximity. For that we cannot do anything except leave that to God as God has promised his believers a new earth and new heaven and this has something to do with our spiritual sacrifices and lifestyle changes to God.
6) Tun M's interview
Have Tun M being interviewed by the Anti Corruption Agency when he was in power in 22 years? Why in 2007? Is it really about the Lingam Video Clip, when it is a subject of the Royal Commission of Inquiry? Why should ACA still want to intervene in that? I should have thought that ACA should interview Tun M on matters about project IC / project Mahathir and the issues raised by me in my many Police Reports especially about the UK arms deal and the foreign banks accounts. Should I be rewarded for my efforts in exposing things worth many Trillions of Ringgit out of reach for the previous Government?
7) Filing a case in Court on the General Elections 2004.
Who want to help me to file a suit at the High Court in Malaysia to declare the General Elections 2004 as rigged hence GE2004 as null and void for flawed Governments (Federal & State)? The next GE would be meaningless when the last one was illegal and the expressions of the EC Chairman had sort of confirmed it in his bias statements for the BN =be end.

Re: TWO Police Reports on General Elections 2004.
I would to remind you that I had delivered a letter dated 23rd October 2007 to your Sabah's office on 27th October, 2007 as per attached. Together with that letter, I appended 92 pages of the two Police Reports and 31 pages of my book - "A case of victory - landslide or rigslide". I had fax the said letter to your office (03) 8888 9117.
According to the latest interview over TV1 on 4th January, 2008, it is unfortunate that you do not read letters, emails, blogs from the public. If that is the case you are extended for another year and the amount of public expenses you go to the TV, I am sorry to say that the next General Elections would cost the nation a few billions Ringgit to be wasted for likely misconduct to be repeated as it was massive votes rigging in General Elections 2004. It is up to you to resign now.
If the same rigging processes were repeated and detected on the night of counting, anarchy would be a reality as no Government is likely to be formed.
Strictly, the General Elections 2004 should be declared null and void and the solid evidence is found in the Official Gazette hence the basis of my two Police Reports and my book - "A case of victory - landslide or rigslide".
