If F-4s and F-5s continue to be operated in many frontline units of modern credible airforces around the world I don't see any problem with US reservist units using old craft. So long as the plane is in good condition. The US neglect of structural upgrading for the F-15s though is criminal.

Well, at least this problem doesn't plague and will not affect F-15E, F-15K and F-15SGs.

The F15 have been operating extensively for decades. These cracks are due to fatigue, not basic design flaws. The Americans are just being very cautious over the matter. The question is therefore ...

No matter what version of F-15 does americans will offer to the market export, the aircraft is not in the league of 4th generation plane like Sukhoi, Rafale, gripen or Typhoon. Even the most advance F-15K of south Korea is considered outdated because the airframe is a third generation design suited only during the 80's or 90's.
Thailand has plenty of  F-16 in their inventory but they still purchase the famous Gripen to cope up with the demands of modern trend in fighter aircraft at the present moment. 4th generation design offer more value in money than a third generation aircraFT.

The F15SGs that RSAF are acquiring are top notch in terms of AESA radar, off bore and standoff missiles while the airframe is new built by South Koreans. With potential adverseries in this region, the F15 Singa Ganas is more than capable to handle...

A little bit of info. Su-27(basic Su-30) series reaserch and design start in 1969 !! after news of F15 research leak out. Rusia changes the design several time as new info on Western kombat jet emerge.

Over time, both Su-27 and F-15 series have receive modification to make them beter. But basic airframe remain more or less the same. Because both Su-27/30 and F15 series belong to the 4-4.5 generation series of kombat jet.  Su-30 is consider 4.5 generetion just like F15E/K/SG are consider 4.5 generetion.

Even Typhoon, Rafale and Gripen belong to same categori. 4-4.5 generation as all share same charatericstics.  To be true, all are so-call legacy cold war kombat jet. All design started during cold war. But some jet like Typhoon had delay from 1980 till now.

5th generation has stealth and maybi internel wepon. Exampel are F-22, F-35 and Pak-fa. 6th generation is unmaned.

Like you said, the only true fifth generation jet in service today is the F-22.
However, whether 6th generation jets will be unmanned remains to be seen.

And yes, the F-15SG and Su-30MKM belong to the 4.5 generation.
Both jets received extensive moderation from the basic F-15 and Su-27 design.
While externally they still look similar, they are actually practically different airframe designs from the original due to wide ranging structural upgrades.

Take the F-15E for example. It looks much more bulkier and heavier than the original because of the FAST packs and new electronics spaces. The original F-15 has a max payload of 8 tons. This Strike Eagle can do 14 tons PLUS the added electronic equipments and fuel.
