first time nak gi gym la..camne?

sgt bagus.
saya masuk gym california fitness kat midvalley tapi tak pernah pergi,
last last bankrup XD!
haha.
coincidence sangat an .
anyway,
exercise kat rumah pun boleh juga,
saya daripada 35" ke 29".(1 bulan lebih)
exercise seminggu 3 kali sekurang2 nya 1/2 jam,
minum air selalu (air kosong ye bukan coke and sebagainya), and control makan ,
especially nasi,
makan nasi kalau boleh sehari 1 sekali ,
which is masa lunch,
itu pun jangan banyak sangat,
jangan makan makanan bersantan,
beli exercise ball, satu set dumbbell (yang 10kgx2) and kalau mampu beli kapet yoga tuh ,
kurang daripada 150 and jangka lama .
search kat youtube atau yahoo/google tentang cara nak angkat berat,
dimana ada kemahuan, disitu ada jalan .

tebu...hi. Aku recently baru started join gym ni, tapi bkn yg commercial punyalah...so, memandangkan FOC, then aku pun pulunlah hari2...tapi, aku buat pun, based on the chart yg dilekatkan kat dinding gym tuh PLUS apa yg aku imitated dlm prog reality show - the biggest loser. Aku tak gemuk, tapi slim...so, nawaitu tuh nak gain weight lah sket. So, If I may ask, what are the ingredients to a slim-person like me to gain some weights despite of taking 'weight gain' etc? Salah ker kalau aku tak refer to any personal trainer before aku 'main' gym ni?Huhuhu....Thanks in advance tebu. Anyhow, u looked great

weight gainer tu hanya supplements
harga dia pun mahal
so better stick to basic
make sure daily pemakanan tu cantik
i mean mkn kena 6 - 8 kali satu hari
cuba mkn setiap 2 - 3 jam
pastu kalau nk besar kan badan mmg takleh lari dr pengiraan kalori
kalau dlm bb dia pnggl bulking phase
jgn pk sgt nak pakai weight gain, creatine, NOX, whey or apa2 benda lain
cuba disiplin dulu dgn basic pemakanan harian
bila dh ok baru start amik supplements ni
satu lg...badan kita membesar bukan dlm gym tp masa kita rest iaitu tido
so make sure rest cukup
kalau xcukup bagaimana muscle2 fiber yg rosak hendak dibaiki oleh badan
gi gym pun kena wat la jadual
hr ni main apa...esk main apa

all right then, tq for the info. FYI, dekat gym yg aku main tuh, ada few equipments jer, i.e. treadmill, bicycle, and plus 4-3 items yg aku tak tau namanya. Ada jugaklh dumbell 1.5kg > 4kg. So, basically, aku akan plan satu2 dulu and spend time about 10 minutes for each equipments...Kiranya macam semer benda aku 'bantai' sbb tak perlu berebut2 dgn org lain bila kat gym tuh. Kiranya, kalau aku guna session tuh, org lain akan booked utk session lain lah..

Pasal pemakanan plak, aku so far tak ikut jadual sgt, makan 2-3 jam sekali. Tapi, nntlh aku try usahakan camner. Tak pernah plak aku mkn dgn kerap..

Anyhow, aku dah signed up to be as a member dlm forum yg ko bagi tuh...TQ. I'll see u there tebu
