Sebelum bermula you nak kena tau berapa berat ideal you, berapa kg nak turun.

Berat ideal (perempuan) = tinggi (m) x tinggi (m) x 23

Berat ideal (lelaki) = tinggi (m) x tinggi (m) x 24

Nanti saya bagi tau berapa kg nak turun dan berapa lama tempoh program penurunan berat badan. Lepas tu baru saya akan suggest apa tips diet and senaman.

sy pn berminat agak.ketinggian sy 156cm.berat skrg 50,51..sy nk turun dlm 5kg.

wahhh...ini sudah bagus!  aku nyer berat 94kg  tinggi 165..berapa puluh kilo nak kena buang?

Saya amalkan makan supplement seperti lecitin Shaklee. Dah hampir 8 tahun saya amalkan dan alhamdulillah sangat berkesan untuk membuang lemak yang tak perlu pada badan. Saya masih maintain slim walau dah beranak dua.hmmmm

tlg kirakan saya punye berat ideal... berat 50kg.. tinggi 151cm...TQ
