paksa diri, minum gk walopong perut dh penuh/kembung

weight gain kan ade...try la..
lg satu..ko kene bersenam..bile senam..ko perlukan makanan yg lebih tuk cover tenaga ko yg ilang..
dan automatik ko akan mkn byk...

aku pon tgh ke arah berat yg ideal ni,...kih kih kih

tu yg susah naknaik.Sha tau, org kurus, tp klu kolestrol tinggi,

mkn ngn diorg. segan. biasa sha amik bekfes, pastu blk keje ptg tu
mkn ringan2 dulu mcm roti, beger...mlm bru mkn nasi. sha mkn tgh2 mlm.
