selepas tanya ngan pakcik google. :

This error can occur if you have a hard drive volume name that is more
than eleven characters in length. To circumvent this issue, please rename
such volumes so that they consist of eleven characters or less.

Jumpa lam google...cuba la....good luck..

1-try booting into Last known good configuration.
If that works, check for Windows Updates.

Look also in add / remove programs for an update:  KB885835.
This update is supposed to be the problem.

2-Try checking your windows version:
start / run: winver

The version should be (if you have Sp2 installed):
5.1 (Build 2600.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158 : Service Pack 2)

If you have a different build try re-applying Sp2.
