simple and good. beli roti baguette. slice serong-serong. sapu butter sikit. or better yet guna garlic butter. taruh sos spaghetti/pizza then tabur shredded mozzarella. then bakar sampai cheese cair and roti agak rangup. easy peasy. kalau nak, bubuh sliced sausages pun boleh. ini ala-ala bruschetta gitu.

buat bruschetta nih..
kalau dapat rub toasted sliced roti tu dgn fresh garlic pod.. pastu dapat guna oilive oil extra virgin yg berquality....
freshest tomato possible, nak2 yg jenis manis sket..diced jek
pastu taruk goat cheese sket [nak diet jgn buh  cheese]
walllaaaaaaaa! takyah buh mende lain byk2 dah atas dia

eh lupa..fresh basil pun kene taruk[kita penah guna daun selasih biasa jek..heheheh]
n kalu lagi rajin..buh roasted pepper
ishhhh...lama tak buat nih

semalam buat stuffing ikut recipe kak kacip, utk sarapan pagi. mmg senang sangat.. sedap pun sedap..
bahan2nya saya pakai apa yang ada. bawang besar, carrot, oyster mushroom, pedal, capsicum, hotdog, straw mushroom, isi ayam, n telur. topping dia saya gratedkan mozarella cheese.

ada tak sapa-sapa yg tahu membuat golden purse...kalau ada boleh ler kongsi resepi kat sini...teringin nak belajar buat golden purse ni..tp tak tahu dengan sapa lissa nak belajar....

melayu panggil pundi emas atau pundi wang
paling sedap inti di kalau guna isi udang + isi ayam..buh garlic,cendawan cincang sket, carrot dgn sengkuang cina sket , season dgn sos tiram sket atau kicap cair, minyak bijan n lada sulah..kene tumis sket
kulit tu nak guna wantan bleh.. nak guna kulit popia pun bleh, nak guna filo pastry pun bleh
pastu ikat dgn daun bwg yg dah dicelur kejap
cicah sos thai..
perghhh...sedap woooo

tq...rasanya lissa dah boleh buat inti dia bila nino bgtahu bahan2 inti yg diletak kat dalam bunjut tu....hehehehehe....tak der ker gambar2 yg boleh ditempek kat sini...kalau ada lagi best...

nampak cam sedap...tolong la bagi resepi 1 persatu( step by step) ...dari nak buat inti nye ...sbb aku nak buat ujung minngu nie...klu cicah ngan sos cili sedap ke?lagi 1 guna kulit popia yg kat kedai tu ker( besar mane nak potong kulit tu)

resepi satu persatu eh..
kita agak2 je tau..nanti u adjust sendiri lah yer

Pundi wang Thai

bahan-bahan:

isi ayam dicincang halus
isi udang dicincang
garlic - cincang halus
minyak bijan sket
sos tiram sket
kicap cair sket
lada sulah sket
carrot - parut
sengkuang cina - dice kecik2
cendawan - cincang atau dadu atau hiris nipis
daun bawang - mayang halus

telur atau tepung jagung+ air sebagai gam
wantan/phyllo pastry/kulit popia - samada guna yg saiz kecik atau pun saiz besar potong 4
minyak utk menggoreng
daun pandan or daun bawang utk mengikat - celur kejap supaya tak mudah koyak
sos cili thai

panaskan sedikit minyak+ minyak bijan utk menumis..then tumis garlic, then masukkan isi ayam n udang, season dgn sos tiram, kicap cair n lada sulah..then masukkan semua sayur2 pastu tutup api, set aside

kalau nak senang keje..letakkan kulit popia ke atas acuan lompang untuk memudahkan keje membentuk dan mengikat kuih...
kalau wantan guna sekeping jek..kalau popia bleh guna 2 keping n kalau phyllo pastry bleh guna 4-5 keping
sudukan inti secukupnya...pastu sapukan telur pada bahagian yg kita nak punjut supaya dia mudah melekat..
pastu ikat dgn daun

then goreng terendam sampai keperangan..
