Full Cure for Eczema...

hi there....
actually...aku tak paham cam ner proses ni berlaku...so aku harap doktor2 kat sini explain kat aku...lepas aku cerita pasal pengalaman aku ni..

cerita nya cengini....aku dari umo 6 tahun kene eczema sebelah tangan kanan...
so...semua benda cream aku tak ngam...it makes it even worser...it was embarassing..aku tak pat tolong masak becos...mak aku salu rasa geli...aku tak pat cuci pinggan...i always hide my hands...malu..takut org tengok...it was thick..and...dekat knuckles tu...uhh...well..you get the pic...

jadi....aku salu garu2....then dier jadi bubbly...ada bumps...then garu2 dier jadi raw...klu raw pun...bila gatal...aku garu..and then picit semua nanah kuar...it hurts....becos...i always thought that..klu aku got rid of nanah tu...it'll never come back..
then proses ulang2...sampai aku cam umo remaja...by 18...aku start wat research kat internet...and start eating Omega 3..

it worked....but...it's only temporary...so there wasn't a full Cure for me...
bile aku stop makan Omega 3...dtg balik...and ...the proses repeats..i was devastated..so...aku balik ke habit aku..garu2...like i don't care...

but...i've been scratching it...since i was 6...the proses repeats...garu2..sampai bubbly bumps...and then raw..buang nanah...pastu dier jadi crusts...garu lagi... kopek2 kulit kering...klu aku garu kan...i try not to spread it...just kat tempat tu jerk...

so a few years later...i'm in my early twenties now...my right hand eczema tempat yg aku garu2..constantly garu2 tu...kat depan jari2 jemari...not the back hand k...tempat aku garu since i was 6...yg cured...kat tempat yg aku jarang2 garu tu...sampai raw...maseh lagi ada...

as if...it has stop producing....the icky nanah....macam dah "exhaust"...aku garu macam mana pun...dier tak kuar bubbly bumps and tak gatal lagi...memang dah sembuh...

but...on the other hand...aku kene anemia...and tangan kiri aku lagi kene...it's still "fresh" full of bubbly..and and bumps kuar....macam when i was six dulu...

so...adakah...the cure for eczema tu...garu2..just let it go...garu2...sampai...the bubbly2 thing...is destroy habis2san....until...the supply of icky nanah runs out?

becos klu aku garu kan...aku garu dlm2...even klu nodul2 dier pecah..aku still garu...it hurts...
but aku just geram...i wanted to get rid of the damn thing...

and it's prolly makes sense...when the doctors...salu cakap..klu dah besar...eczema makin kurang..or cured...
maybe becos...apa yg aku cakap...the bubbly thingy "exhaust" lepas kita constantly garu2?

is it..becos...that...we need to follow what our body says...
klu dier soh..kita garu...we should scratch it..sampai...."bersih"?
becos it's actually wants us...to get rid of the icky nodul thing..scratching it until it becomes weaken and produce less of it?

I used to have eczema.  I realised that the trigger factor is extreme stress.  Once stress was eliminated the eczema vanished.  Thank God.  It was quite nasty when I had it.  It was all over my fingers and foot.  Walking was torture.  I had limited use of my hands because of the eczema.

I think it would help if you could find out what triggers your eczema.  Possible food allergy....

My son has flare-ups when he's stressed.  He's is between his middle finger and ring finger.  The skin like you said is raw with small blisters.  I tell him not to scratch it.  We keep lotions in the fridge for him.  Now he uses body butter to extra moisturise the skin.  He takes vit c, EPO, cod liver oil.  I hope he'll outgrow of the eczema as well as his asthma.  

Usually asthma and eczema comes together.

my daughter sejak lahir till now (gonna be 3 soon) having eczema and currently relying on medicine both cream and oral, doktor kata only time will tells wheter boleh hilang atau tak, mungkin lagi setahun, dua tahun, 10 tahun or never

kesian sangat kat dia as ubat tu bukan effective sangat, kalau tengok kat sendi sendi dia penuh dengan kudis dan parut

any suggestion tak what should i do

X mungkin dgn cara ni eczema bleh sembuh. Rasenye lagi bahaya kot. Bile kite garu2, pastu tgn kite ade kuman dan kuman tu masuk dlm luka tu.

Aku pun ade eczema. Start ade masa 2 thn lepas and I'm still suffering until today. But I'm not give up yet.

So far, aku mkn EPO, multivitamin, susu kambing dan plan terbaru nak ambil kolostrum. Tapi yg aku prasan susu kambing memang membantu mengurangkan eczema ni.

Garu2 ni memang bleh masok kuman lam luka..
it's just that...aku ni..jenis ...chubby berlemak...gebu puteh...jari-jemari aku...

my right hand...yg aku dah puas garu...picit2 semua nanah dier bertahun2...sampai jari aku dah kurus..but...fully cured...though...tak der allergic semua....as if nodul semua kat jari tu dah "exhaust" habis but kesannya...ader scratching scar..pahtuh...pigmentation...
and ada excess skin...kat knuckles...and tangan aku nampak tua..but...tak der lagi...nodul2...bulat2 kecik2 tu..lagi...i think..i've really2 squeeze em'all...sampai tangan aku jadi kurus...

aku rasa...lemak kat tangan aku tu...that moistened my skin tu...pun...kuar sekali bersama nanah...tuh lah..aku nyer right hand cam org kurus...but ..fully cured..

but..my left hand..ni...baru2 aku kene eczema...aku tak nak...nasib dier jadi cam tangan kanan aku...becos aku ni macam maybe ada OCD gak..
aku ada tabiat mesti "menghabiskan" kotoran lam badan aku...contoh....klu ada taik idong maseh lam idong aku...aku bersih ..sampai benar2 kosong...lubang telinga aku..pusat..
and nanah2 kat jari aku...klu aku tengok nodul jerk kan....i just have to poke it...pastuh picit2...nanah tu mula2...kaler..macam...clear liquid...sampai berdarah...

it's just that...i thought that..the full cure tu..bukan just garu2 tuh bleh buat dier merebak....full cure dier...is to exhaust the nodul...

how did my right hand grow out from the eczema?
is it becos ..i exhausted all my blisters and noduls until it is weakened...and it cannot produce any?

so ... thru my experience...and dengar2 cerita...eczema sufferers yg lain...
ada yg mild rash...pahtuh..dier go away...bila kita tak garu...
ader lak...yg sembuh bila dah besar...
ada lak....yg jenis...amik ubat..pahtuh..lepas tak amik ubat...dtg...balik...cam aku la kira...until aku umo 20..

but thru aku nyer experience...aku main picit2..sampai berdarah...maybe aku picit..until the "root" comes out...
and ...aku nyer right hand...dier nyer kesan...ada eczema scars...pahtuh..dier tak gebu cam dulu..and then ...dier pigmentation....some of my nerve are deadened becos of this...sampai nodul tu pun mati...tak tumboh2 lagi..

sampai klu aku makan seafood..pegang debu whatever...pun..aku tak rasa gatal..

tapi skrang ..aku nyer tangan kiri lagi kene..so aku terpikir gak..main picit2 lagi...sampai tangan aku jadi kurus..

then nak opt for laser treatment...ngan plastic surgery ..buang excess skin

my 2 yo son ada eczema. at first aku ingatkan skin allergy biasa... tp lepas search around n consult doctor.. barula tau eczema.

skrg masih lg dlm proses nk find out apa cause the eczema... so far mmg tau food allergy. n also takleh berpeluh / panas sangat. klau food allergy tu.. so far dia sangat alah pada udang n kacang tanah. yg lain tak notice lg. kene tgk sikit2. tp budak2.. taula.. klau kita tak bg kacang.. kadang tu ada pulak org lain yg bg di belakang kita.. n budak2 bukan tau.. dia mkan aje la...

n for now... secara luaran... doctor bg krim. pernah guna HCT...  aquaeous...  n pernah doc prescribe campuran aquaeous + BVC + daktarin. tp utk moiturize kulit tu... yg paling mujarab aku tgk skrg is guna olive oil.  lepas mandi kene aply within 3 mins so that dia akan lock the moisture in. dulu pernah pkai lotion, body butter, vaseline... tp tak thn lama... dia akan wean off after a few hours...

aku baru je kena eczema...nasihat aku pegi jumpa skin specialist dan mintak protoptic oint...paling cpt dan berkesan
aku lambat jumpa doc dan resultnya...aku dok garu dan picit2 nanah ...at last kulit aku jadi harimau bintang...dan kering...kalau dari awal aku sapu protoptic tak jadi la cam ni...pastu kena makan prednisolone 5mg so that eczema jadi kering cepat...

ubat nama protoptic tu je dlm rm 100++, bagus takde steroid,...specialist depend on them nak cas brapa fee's nya...besanya kalau dr nathan rm 100++ jugakla...

aku penah suffer dgn eczema ni since secondary skool.. belarutan.. g specialist.. ada ubat n sabun.. mmg baik..tp just 4 temporary jek.. scratch n scracth.. mmg nikmat.. cari bucu meja..pkai ruler.. pape jela..mmg azab.. luka..berair nanah..pedihh.. mmg buruk

ms bakal mak mertua nk sarung cincin tunang... ya Allahh malunyeee.. mesti dlm hati dia ckp..buwok bebenor jari tgn menantu 2 be nehhh

tp ada masa zaman eczema tuh ada gak pkai petua org2 tua.. rebus daun jambu batu n garam or garam+asam keping...rendam tgn dlm air agak2 panas..it works.. btoi2 relieved.. but depends.. kena slalu wat

Aku baru je kena eczema yg teruk dlm seminggu ni.  Asalnya aku kena chicken pox, bila dah baik keluar lak eczema.  Satu badan bertompok2, tapi kecik2 je. Bercampur aduk dgn scars chic pox. Sehari dua ni taklah gatal sgt sebab aku mandi air sejuk sket so tak kering kulit compared to air hangat. Makan EPO pun takde membantu setakat ni or perhaps slowly. Dr cuma kasi steroid tp tak larat & malas nak sapu hari2, banyak sgt. Hubby suggest jumpa skin specialist tp kena tunggu balik KL la pulak. Ada tak alternative lain ke mcm gamat ke, aloe vera ke, etc. Sejak balik dr cuti panjang ni tahap stress pun agak tinggi, tu ke sebabnya ekk...

you can't rely on corticosteroid nyer jenis cream...becos dier ada side effect terok...


Local skin effects:

• Atrophy, striae, purpura
• Acne, perioral dermatitis, rosacea like rash
• Increase hair growth
• Hypopigmentation(whitening)
• Tinea incognito (masks the appearance of fungal infections)
• Allergic contact dermatitis to corticosteroids
• Tachyphylaxis
• Glaucoma and cataracts when used around eyes

Systemic side effects:

• Growth suppression
• Adrenal suppression
• Most risk in infants
• Risk if big surface area treated

anyway....aku nyer method unconventional....sorry earlier aku cakap aku main garu...what i mean is...i dug it out...klu main garu tu...it'll spread like wild fire...and then aku sqeeze the blister...sampai dier berdarah2 sampai "roots" dier...yeah...it's crazy ..

klu sesiapa yg penggaru tahap tegar tu bahaya.......sampai raw...ngan blister2...tu dah sampai ke sub-skin...bahaya...becos..senang masok kuman...

aku nyer left hand maseh fresh eczema...jenis patches maseh...mild...lom sampai ke sub-skin...i decided not to squeeze it...becos tak der blister2...

anyway...pasal ..engko nyer eczema...aku rasa maybe...engko nyer eczema jenis yg bukan synthesis fat...cam...kbykkan org kat sini..EPO...Omega 3 semua...effective kat mereka..
maybe you have leaky gut syndrome? ader byk punca...eczema...

but you said perhaps slowly kan...engko coba amalkan dulu..
