Aku pun ad bunion since kecik lagi. Tapi waktu tu aku tatau nama dia bunion. Yang aku tau benjol kat kaki jer. Aku mula perasan time sekolah dulu. nak cari kasut memang susah. Banyak design yang tak bersesuaian dengan kaki aku. Kena cari yang kembang di depan.. pakai sandal terdedah di depan tak santekkk
Dah tua ni.. baru lah aku tau nama mende ni bunion @ halux valgus.. selepas google kat internet..
Tahap aku kalau ikut gambarajah tu mild to moderate.. di tengah2.. tak kronik sangat.
My friend jadi pakar ortho, so aku jumpa dia jer.. according to her aku kena jua pakai splint takut makin teruk. So dia suggest beli satu jenis splint berharga rm550 satu. So 1 pair jd rm1100. Nasib baik boleh claim..
Pastu aku tau yang aku pun ada masalah flat feet juga huhu.. macam2 masalah rupanya.
Masalah bunion dan flat feet ni menyebabkan aku sering tak stabil. Mudah jatuh. Sekali sekala sakit lutut dan pinggang. Dr kata ni effect dari masalah kaki aku.
Sebelum ni aku suka pakai kasut yg lady like. Clarks, hush puppies.. now semua kasut tu dah tersadaiii. Aku tanak kaki aku jd worse. So skrg pakai kasut khas utk masalah bunion dan flat feet. beli kat medifeet sajo.. kena pilih bunion n high arch. |

salam semua. Saya ada masalah bunion ni..buat masa ni tak ada sakit2 kat bonjolan bunion ni. Cuma kat kaki sakit di tengah2 antara pergelangan kaki ke jari kaki....sakit ni bila berzumba/workout.. Tu sbb masalah bunion ke?

saya sebelah kiri dan kanan mild dan saya pakai kasut medifeet yg depan dia lebar dan lembut.

bagi sy, dia dah kena shave off the bunion tu lalu dibetulkan ibu jari kaki nye..
tapi degil hi hi.. takmo jugak agi

doktor, kakak kpd kawan saya dah operate pasal benda tu lah tapi lepas operate kawan saya kata kaki kakak dia jadi lagi teruk dan sakit. Jalan pun jadi tak betul. Takut la pulak saya dgr. |

actually sy penah dgr kes sebegini ie lepas op bunions ni, lagi teruk
maybe sbb surgeon nya atau kes nyer, sy pon tak pasti dan tak berani komen
