My insomnia attacks me again. Now I'm having treatment from Al Jabbar electrostatic therapy and it improves my condition alot.

sleep hygeine sgt utama
jgn minum kopi /teh after 8, jgn minum air byk after that also
jgn mkn lewat eg dekat2 larut malam

buat routine
tenangkan hati.. mana2 urusan yg berserabut dalam minda, ''tangkap'' satu persatu dan pindahkan ke diary dan tulisnya.. ia akan ''keluar'' dari minda dan niatkan untuk buat urusan2 itu selepas berehat, insyaAllah
