My KC buat dgn steve dari mula pasang sampai sekarang...team dia tak boleh nak solved the problem...pintu pasang senget n tak boleh tutup rapat...adjust sana sini senget, adjust sini sana senget....team dia datang betulkan pun tak boleh nak kasi settel...kualiti screw ke engsel utk bukak tutup pintu, hydraulic pun tak bagus...dah lama frust, baru hari ni terluah dalam hati..
Tapi yang lain2 semua ok...kualiti pintu semua ok..cuma kecewa tang pemotongan saiz pintu yg tak tepat menjadikan pintunya terpaksa dipasang senget utk bagi tutup rapat..kalau tak, pintunya akan tersembol kuar dari garisan yang sepatutnya.. |

Dah...sampai x larat nak contact dan komplen...mmg dia ada antar team kasi betulkan..endingnya team dia ckp...dari awal sudah salah potong saiz pintu..so x boleh kasi repair tutup rapat...mcm ini sahaja boleh (sambil tunjuk final repair pintu kabinet tu). itu belum lagi salah warna (warna seakan2 tapi confirm berbeza)..dah x larat nak buka tukar pintu...asyik salah je...sudahnya tahan je mata...yg senget tu anis kasi selotep dari dlm...pintu jarang buka tapi engsel dah tanggal sbb dia cuma pasang screw satu je..kemudian kepala screw tu kecil sgt sampai bolos dari lubang dia...sepatutnya guna screw M12..dia bantai guna screw M8..adoiii la...selotap je utk tak kasi pintu tu tanggal..
pengajaran utk steve n team..walau dikatakan harganya murah tapi jagalah kualiti n servis... |

Actually anyone kalau Ada problem about our company product can contact our in charges person,kita Akan arrange our team go to repair.I memang faham kita tak mungkin boleh buat sampai semua customer puas hati.tp kita mesti Akan try our best do our job.thanks for all forumer support our company here. |

I tak pernah nak kondemkan ur bisnes, steve...malah ada yg pm me tanya...tanya pasal ur product, i cakap ok, cuma kena monitor la masa pemasangan..maybe I dapat installer yang kurang mahir@cekap...tapi u pun takkan lupa what happen dari mula pemasangan sampai selesai..berapa bulan baru settel..kritikan dari ur customer bukan bermakna nak kondem ur bisnes but utk u tingkatkan kualiti ur servis before n after sales.
Takkan u lupa berapa banyak kali i call u utk kasi selesaikan my kc problem..endingnya ur staff masih bawak pintu yg salah, warna yang salah..utk u succes dlm bisness, u mesti berani terima sebarang komen terbuka seperti ini..bukan hanya terima pujian semata2..kawan2 i pun ramai buat dengan u..kalau i nak kondem ur bisnes, i pun tak rekemenkan u..cuma i komen utk kebaikan u, utk ur bisness juga..
