Yes sbb tu i ckp kena kumpul experience byk kat luar dulu, jangan masuk as exec... then bila dah byk pengalaman, dah naik pangkat... nak settle down malaysia.... baru jumpship....
Cuma kena tone down lifestyle lah.. takleh laa nak menten income ratus ribu monthly mcm keje MNC.... keje GLC mmg takkan dapat income begitu... sbb GLC ni utk rakyat |

good idea...my bro ckp nak masuk Pet masa tu agaknyer sebab masa dia amik exam IWCF 2 years ago ada few Pet staff skali, their age about early 30's diorg baru dpt overseas assignment, tu yg my bro kata best jugak kerja Pet bole dpt overseas assignment. Masa tu my bro belum tau dia kena kerja overseas lagi...bila dpt result exam baru company kasi flight ticket to Jakarta. Now after almost 2 years overseas assignment, dia nak kerja kat Msia plak. Boss dia expat yg suka stay Msia, dah beli rumah pun kat sini, that's why kalu ada project in Msia, diorg nak kerja sini. Boss dia ada dpt offer utk kerja kat negara lain, dia ckp kalu company tu bole kasi double what his getting now, he'll go. If dia join sana, my bro InsyaAllah akan follow him. Tgk rezeki my bro mcm mana.

kalau mcm ni gaji naik ke tak uols... my anak dapat offer lanyard technical role, at the same time dapat juga offer kerja UK but different industry so he tengah contemplate nk jadi lanyard or nak stay sana je...

Ni based on apa i duk riki2 lah.. basic starting pay is around 5k... and annual increment buleh laa assume at 5%...
So kalo anak ada pengalaman 3 tahun dlm industry berkaitan... buleh assume offer dpt nnti around this figure..
5,000 × 1.05 × 1.05 × 1.05 = 5,800...

Tak pasti la nak anggar berapa.. sbb 2013 masuk patut bukan level exec dah la by now... kalo takat 3,5 tahun pengalaman boleh anggar lg...
Buleh assume average increment 5%... ni boleh assume je lah sbb berubah2... yg byk tu kenaikan kalo naik pangkat |

dia fresh grad..adoi ciputnya gaji...kalau x dpt promotion to staff / principal...mmg berjanggut la ye nk dpt gaji masyukkkk... then i suh dia stay UK je gain few yrs experience dulu

Zaman dulu.. nak naik principal staff mcm lagi senang sbb external assessor... accelerated capability dev nama nya.. sbb masa tu technical staff tak ramai, tak cukup.. ada sesetengah tahun ramai pencen / lari middle east...
skang internal assesor je... and mcm ada target close gap sekian2 milestone and sikit2... and vacancies technical staff dah berkurangan, bukan vacuum byk cam dulu... |

kat pejabat i dulu, ada staf berbangga ada RM1 juta dalam simpanan. tapi hidupnya x macam org lain. dgn kereta buruk, etc. sedikit kedekut. org tegur, x perlu bangga dgn RM1 juta klu rumah pun masih menyewa wlupun dah nak pencen. apa guna duit banyak klu pelaburan xde. |

Dulu ada kawan makcik kerja bhg PR selalu tukar kerja..
Dari paper Malay Mail pernah masuk Carrefour kerja lepas tu byk jugak lah lompat mcm2 syarikat tapi berbaloi setiap kali pergi dpt increment tinggi kerana dah berpengalaman so kalau sampai gaji lebih 20K puas hati lah walau tukar2 company. So dpt byk kawan dan network sekali tak rugi pun |
