In Heers, The Queen firstly visited a farm that breeds cattle, grows crops and strawberries and focuses on green care. In Lummen, she visited a farm that grows kiwi berries and strawberries.

Queen Mathilde and Crown Princess Elisabeth then visited Kajiado County and met with a Maasai community living in Kajiado. The Queen and the Crown Princess visited the Ilbisil Primary School in a Maasai Community.
On July 5, 2019, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium received Belgian legend cyclist Baron Eddy Merckx at the Royal Castle in Brussels on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of his first victory in Tour de France in 1969, on the eve of the start of the 106th edition of Tour de France cycling race.

It is a tradition in Belgian Royal family to accompany children on the first day of school.
