beli rumah guna lawyer sendiri atau lawyer agen

as salam semua.nk minta pendapat.katakan kita nk beli rumah dlm range harga y besar..katakan 500k. pakcik dh ade keje lawyer so igt nk gunakan khidmat dia je. tp bila tanya pada agen..dia kata dh ade peguam dorg sdiri..xperlu hired y luar.
so perluke saya guna yang dr agen?takut kena tipu plak ape2 nnt guna peguam xkenal ni

beli from developer... me guna recommended lawyer jer..
beli secondary market... me guna lawyer sendiri... safer

Yup..pakai je lawyer sendiri..
tapi kalau nak cepat n memudahkan kerja lawyer..lawyer loan agreement ngn SPA bia sekali jadi semua lebih smooth..kekdg masalah dtg bila salah satu lawyer xnk bagi kerja sama kalau pakai lawyer lain2..

x payahla pakai agent punye loyer..tu agent nak ketok je tu..kalau nak pakai pakcik sendiri, make sure pakcik tu punye law firm adalah panel loyer kat bank yang nak diapply loan tu

thanks atas cadangan.ok akan guna pakcik je..tp rumah tu dh kena rembat org lain pulak haha kena cari lain pulak.sabar jelah.

tulah aritu agen tu mcm bkeras je suh guna lawyer dia. dh la ckp dia semua betul je..mmg patut la xjd..

share lawyer dgn buyer atau asing2? pastikan firma besar.... bukan firma kecik....... silap haribulan lawyer larik dgn hasil jualan rumah

bukan untung.... jika lawyer sama, lawyer tidak mewakili penjual. lawyer tu hnya buat discharge & transfer utk penjual sahaja.....

jika guna lawyer sama, jgn sesekali bagi kunci kpd pembeli utk pindah masuk awal atau utk buat reno. ada faham?!

Acong, kalo nak jual rumah pakai ejen biasa brp ejen amik ek? ada gst bagai jugak ke? sbb hari tu my husband ckp dia terbaca kat dlm agreement ada tulis gst 6%. betoi ke atau husband sy yg x reti baca?
