nampak gaya ...anda masih dlm 20'an....masih belum kena dunia lagi...macam uncle ...opss abg...d ...

wow. somehow i feel motivated..

ya. sy mengaku belum kenal dunia lagi haha. pernah kerja pun..kerja pun kerja basuh pinggan kat warung, jadi pembantu buat event2 motivasi. sekarang ni je kerja ok la sikit. cuma..minat pada bussines sebab lagi 'berkat' makan hasil dari kerja sendiri dari kerja makan gaji. Nabi Muhammad dan beberapa org sahabat Baginda pun kerja berniaga

dan ya..org melayu kerja mmg hampa. kawan sy kontraktor mmg dia selalu cerita pekerja dia selalu nak balik kerja awal. sepatutnya pukul 5 balik tapi pukul 4 dah balik. macammana nak maju busines? nak pecat tak boleh sbb pekerja pengalaman..fikirkan keluarga dia lagi. ish2

tapi jujurnya sy bagitau sy tak pernah kerja dengan org melayu yg malas. mungkin sebab selama sy kerja ni saya bekerja dengan org2 muda sahaja. kalau org2 tua..umur 30 atas mmg malas. macam uncle cakap..tengok la pekerja kerajaan macammana (tak semua). call 2-3 kali baru angkat. pergi office takde orang. sebelum lunch hour dah keluar makan. maklum lah..diorang fikir kerja siap tak siap gaji sama je..bodoh punya pemikiran. sebab tu saya taknak kerja kerajaan takut2 berjangkit penyakit ni. dalam islam..tak berkat duit gaji rm3000 yg kita dapat kalau kita kerja macam kerja gaji rm300

takpe..tunggu org2 tua melayu mati dulu. bila org2 muda melayu ambil alih nanti baru lah maju org2 kerja kerajaan nih

betullah..kena rasa pengalaman dulu

aku kerja dulu gaji 75 sebeluan....duduk kampung..lepas itu dpt offer  kerja kerjaan ..aku tak minat kerja govment ...sabab orang tua yg suruh keje govmen...kerja pun 2 bulan ...aku lari dari rumah..dtg kl kerja pelayan di bar...dpt pengalaman...dari situ saya dpt  pengalaman bercampur dan lain...
orang melayu? kawan ok lah...nak kerja dgn mereka susah sikit...sebab sikap mereka...dulu saya minta orang melayu muda design website...tengah jalan dia tak nak buat...cari lain..pun sama ..macam2 alasan...last2 bagi dkt amoi cina ...best, tak ada masalah...

Satellite data showed that flight MH370 flew into the southern Indian Ocean, Datuk Seri Najib Razak said today, as Malaysia Airlines said the flight is lost "beyond reasonable doubt".

"Flight MH370 flew into the southern Indian Ocean," the Prime Minister said in Kuala Lumpur tonight.
In a statement to relatives of the 239 people on board the flight, MAS said: "We deeply regret that we have to assume beyond any reasonable doubt that MH370 has been lost and that none of those on board have survived ... We must now accept all evidence suggests the plane went down in the Southern Indian Ocean."

Unacceptable - that was my initial reaction to this statement. Malaysian Government did not perform their duty with responsibility in this case. It was clear that something had happened on that plane. Something which suggest could relate to terrorism.

Did terrorists hijack the plane and kill the passengers? Or did the pilot choose suicide? Were Malaysian Government had been doing discussion behind everyone's backs during the first week the plane went missing? It was clear that something was happening and it is also possible that Malaysian government KNEW the location of the plane when others were searching in South China Sea. How else could you explain why they (Malaysians) were searching in Straits of Malacca at that time?

The behavior of the Malaysian government at that time (including allowing a local shaman to make fool of the whole nation) was like that of a ridicule. They did not take things seriously. It felt almost like they were playing one of their "Tak pah lah" game where they sit back and let the $hit hit the fan, believing their ridiculous Arabic god, Allah will solve everything. In the end, what really happened aboard MH370 on March 8 and 9, 2014 remains a mystery and a statement how bad Malaysian Government is in handling emergency situations - especially if it is not Malays' lives in stake.

PS : For a certain idiot.8 who keeps asking people to look for the plane in the dense jungle - There is no jungle in the middle of Hindi Ocean last time I checked.

Firstly, there no proof . no black box , no bodies and no wreckage.

so,now they sayings  it   in tiny place /or kind remote area that no ships or whatever has gone there before. why such statments?
they are frequent ships, boats and plane pass by in other area of sea /or ocean....maybe old ships or boat in deep  ocean ...so they says it in remote area which seldom ships sail there..so, public wont question ...might think is mh370 because in tiny area no other ships pass by..

secondly, there high profile passenger ...IBM tech....most probably north korea or whoever might hijacked the plane....if terrorism..than it surly in deep  jungles...

we see how they going to find the black box....after 30 days...no proof  because the battery only last 30 days  life time
you got my point....

Memang pelik.

Without plane wreckage, doubts linger over MH370’s Indian Ocean crash (Video)But what might make it harder, is that this conclusion doesn't bring us any closer to finding out what happened to cause the crash.
How did a passenger jet disappear from all communication channels and fly thousands of miles off course before crashing into a remote part of the ocean without anyone realising?
Here we look at the five key questions that still need to be answered:

Getty Images
Aircrew look out of a window during an assignment over the Southern Indian Ocean to search for possible debris from flight MH3701. How do we know the plane crashed when we haven't found any confirmed debris?
Often investigators know where a plane crashed, even though they cannot immediately find debris.
It may take several years before the key parts of the plane is discovered - including the crucial black box.
The new calculations from Inmarsat have pinpointed the last-known location of the plane to an area of the southern Indian Ocean.
The sea around those parts is up to 23,000ft deep and currents are likely to have caused wreckage to drift a long way from the original crash site in the past two weeks.
On the plus side, even one single piece of plane debris may be enough for investigators to determine whether the plane exploded or crashed, for example.

Rex
A Black Box Flight Recorder2. Will the black box ever be found?
The most important piece of evidence to find is flight MH370's black box.
The piece of equipment - which is in fact usually orange - is around 12 inches long and designed to survive virtually any impact.
It records all the data from the plane and without it, we might never know what happened.
But search teams are now racing against time to find it, as the locator beacon battery will only last around 30 days.
Of course, it may be possible to find it without that locator, but it could potentially be much harder.
When Air France flight 447 disappeared near Brazil, it was a further two years after the first wreckage was found before the black box was recovered.

Reuters
Relatives of passengers aboard Malaysia Airlines MH370 cry after watching a television broadcast of a news conference 3. Why did none of the passengers communicate before the plane crashed?
Angry family members will be wondering why it has taken so long to find out where the plane ended up.
How did a plane disappear from all communication channels and fly around seven hours in the opposite direction and no one realised?
If passengers had known they were in trouble, surely they would have tried to make calls or send texts?
Experts have said that flying above 10,000ft and at such speed means no one on board would get a phone signal.
But others report have suggested the plane could have been as low as 5,000ft at one stage.
Is it possible the passengers didn't realise they were in trouble?
One of the more dramatic theories is that if intervention by the pilot is blamed for this crash, he could of knocked out the rest of the plane by de-pressurising the cabin while he wore an oxygen mask.

Google Maps
Missing Malaysian Airlines flight: Military believe it tracked plane AFTER it lost contact with air traffic control 4. How did no one notice the plane had gone so far off course?
Even if all the passengers were either incapacitated, or unaware something was wrong, how did the plane avoid detection by other radars?
Last week, investigators said MH370's last-known location was to the west of Malaysia.
It could then have flown thousands of miles along a 'northern corridor' or a 'southern corridor' based on estimates of how much fuel it had in the tank.
The southern route always seemed to be regarded as the more likely.
The vast majority of resources on the sea and air were diverted there.
One of the reasons to discount the northern route was that it appeared highly unlikely the plane could have flown over so many countries without being detected.
It would have meant travelling over some of the most heavily guarded countries in the world India, China and Pakistan.
But nevertheless, what about the air space from Malaysia towards the southern Indian Ocean?
Surely this cannot be entirely devoid of radar detection?

Missing Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370 pilots Zaharie Ahmad Shah and Fariq Abdul Hamid 5. Were the captain and/or his co-pilot involved?
One of the other few conclusions we have from the Malaysian government, is that they believe the change in flight path was down to "deliberate action" by someone on the plane.
MH370 changed course at least twice from its scheduled route - first to fly west back towards Malaysia and then north west into one of two air lanes used by commercial planes.
Malaysian PM Razak said on March 15: "We can say with a high degree of certainty that the aircraft communications addressing and reporting system was disabled just before it reached the east coast of peninsular Malaysia.
"Shortly afterwards the aircraft's transponder was switched off.
"From this point onwards, the Royal Malaysian Air Force primary radar showed an aircraft believed to be MH370 did indeed turn back. It then flew in a westerly direction back over peninsular Malaysia before turning north west.
"These movements are consistent with deliberate action by someone on the plane."
Attention must return to the prospect of a hijacking by Captain Zaharie Ahmed Shah his co-pilot Fariq Hamid or someone else on the plane.
It emerged today that Shah's wife Faizah Khan will be interrogated by the FBI.
The fact that all communications were turned off, and the distance the plane travelled, points to someone with piloting experience having been involved.
If it wasn't one of the pilots, was it someone else?
Investigators say terrorism or a mechanical malfunction such as a fire have note been ruled out.
In the first instance, today's conclusions are devastating for the hundreds of relatives and friends of those who perished.
But an explanation of what happened on board MH370 feels as far away as ever.

Rusia Memikirkan Kemungkinan #MH370 Dirampas Oleh Amerika.

Kepala hotak Soz Cyili on Wednesday, March 26, 2014

Baca ;

The search for missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 is set to be the most expensive in aviation history, analysts say, as efforts to find the aircraft deep under the Indian Ocean show no signs of slowing.

The Boeing 777 vanished on March 8 with 239 people on board, after veering dramatically off course en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing and is believed to have crashed in the sea off Australia.

Australia, which is leading the search in a remote patch of water described as "unknown to man", has not put a figure on spending, but Malaysia has warned that costs will be "huge".

"When we look at salvaging (wreckage) at a depth of 4.5 kilometres, no military out there has the capacity to do it," acting Transport Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein said Thursday.

"We have to look at contractors, and the cost of that will be huge."

Ravikumar Madavaram, an aviation expert at Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific, said Malaysia, Australia and China, which had the most nationals onboard the flight, were the biggest spenders and estimated the total cost up to now at about US$100 million (RM324 million).

"It's difficult to say how much is the cost of this operation... but, yes, this is definitely the biggest operation ever (in aviation history).

"In terms of costs this would be the highest," he told AFP.

In the first month of the search –  in which the South China Sea and Malacca Strait were also scoured by the US, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam – the Pentagon said the United States military had committed US$7.3 million to efforts to find the plane.

Meanwhile the Indian Ocean search, in which assets have also been deployed by Australia, Britain, China, South Korea, Japan and New Zealand, has failed to find anything conclusive.

Hopes rest on a torpedo-shaped US navy submersible, which is searching the ocean floor at depths of more than 4,500 metres in the vicinity of where four signals believed to have come from black box recorders were detected.

David Gleave, an aviation safety researcher at Britain's Loughborough University, said the costs "will be of the order of a hundred million dollars by the time we're finished, if we have found it (the plane) now".

But he said the longer it took to find any wreckage, the more costs would mount because scanning the vast ocean floor "will take a lot of money because you can only search about 50 square kilometres  a day".

Salvaging anything would also depend on how deep the ocean is at the crash point and how dispersed the wreckage, with weather and politics also complicating factors, he said.

The fate of MH370 has drawn parallels with the hunt for Air France flight 447 which plunged into the Atlantic in 2009.

The two-year operation to recover its black box, which involved assets from France, Brazil and the US, has been estimated to have cost 80-100 million euros, according to figures cited by France's Investigation and Analysis Bureau (BEA).

Australia's Joint Agency Coordination Centre says its main focus is still on finding flight MH370.

"It is one of the most difficult searches ever undertaken and could take some time," JACC said in a statement to AFP.

"The cost of the search is significant. The exact figure has not yet been calculated.

"The cost is being shared by our international partners who have contributed their people and military and civilian assets to help with the search."

As the search continues, all international partners are meeting their own costs. But governments and militaries will need to consider the broader cost implications of the search down the track, said Kym Bergmann, editor of Asia-Pacific Defence Reporter.

"I don't think that the Australians would be getting any change at all out of A$1 million day," he told AFP.

Bergman said it would likely be the most expensive aviation search given how long it had already dragged on.

"It must be starting to worry military planners," he said, adding that any decision to scale back would cause heartache to the families involved.

Malaysia-based Madavaram agreed, saying at present it was still "politically insensitive" to cut spending.

"I think they will continue one or two months irrespective of the costs," he said. "But then if nothing is found, it will become a wild goose chase, and people will start questioning it." – AFP, April 18, 2014.
