rasa mcm tak dapat baca directly what's the most best work out for obesity person to lose weight as TT said jogging is not the best way... nnt end up joint problem and all that..

so doc, bole share a few steps (mcm tak bole google) tapi nak tanya kat cni jugak...

elakkan pengambilan makanan yang mengandungi trans fat.. satu yang kebanyakkan orang tak tau.. minuman bergas dan air kotak juga mengandungi trans fat..

ya betul... pemakanan tu dah boleh kontrol sikit2 tambahan bila hb ada diabetes...

cuma gaya hidup tu masih cuba nak adjust slowly.. btw mmg kesedaran mengenai gaya hidup sihat di kalangan masyarakat amat kurang
di Malaysia..

red, boleh je jogging, tetapi jogging is more cardiovascular; setiap langkah larian akan fasa fasa dia medically. one of the fasa is bila u letak heels on the ground utk that leg to take up the weight and later on propel yourself into a stride. now, if one is overweight or obese, during this phase, actually the weight of your entire body will hentak your heel..the energy during this few miliseconds yg lalu over your hip joint, knee, ankles are huge! setiap hentakan kaki with each stride akan ada energy and weight transfer sebegini..so, the joint issue is really a major problem.ni tak masuk fitness and cardiac output and lung functions lagi, as obese and overweight individuals akan ada masalah ni. this is very easy to see.

so, experts and research dah lama dah decide that jogging is not the best.

nk tnya HIIT tu elok tak kita buat setiap hari?? sy ada la folo beberapa set tp rase cam nk mati
then psl diet mane lebih  baik, mkn 6x sehari or ada lg satu diet TPD, puasa 16jam pastu 8 jam guna utk mkn tp dlm 2x je

childhood obesity memang sangat problematic di Eropah ni.
Di sana sini ada conference, meetings etc untuk combat masalah obesity in childhood.
Dalam parlimen dok bising bincang pasal ni. Sebabnya ia melambangkan kerendahan ekonomi negara negara tersebut.
Research group kitorang pon a part of it are made up of scientists and doctors yg kaji childhood obesity.

Obesity in childhood akan secara subconciously merendahkan confidence kanak kanak tadi.
Kadang kadang, kita sendiri sebagai parents rasa macam jauh hati bila parents tgk anak anak main dipadang dan nampak lambak dn kurang dynamik.
Mereka sentiasa di usik hingga dibuli di padang padang sekolah dan scientists tahu ini berlaku; kita sendiri tak tahu kerana kita tidak berada di sisi mereka dalam kelas atau diatas padang permainan; bila ditanya, mereka akan deny sebab malu.
Juga, cjildhood obesity ni is associated dgn golongan kelas rendah; sebahagian besar org yg suffer obesity adalah golongan kelas rendah, dikalangan kanak kanak pula, daripada golongan yg parents nya didalam golongan kelas rendah. Ini adalah kerana pemakanan yg high calories tetapi low in nutritions (high calorie food adalah amat murah berbanding dgn high nutritional food).

Nanti saya check BMI anak Zuera.
Tetapi calculation ni utk org eropah.
Bagi orang asia, weight  utk jadi obese adalah lebih rendah.

Apa-apapun,4.5 years old berat 28kg tu kira heavy tuh, org Eropah pon kecik lagi dari ni rasanya if that tall and that old.

Im not familiar with HIIT. There are many programmes to help tone bodies, build muscles etc. Im a medical doctor and is more suited for advice on healthy weight and exercises.

Dieting programmes are all over the place in the internet. There are so many types. The simple reason for all this is because it just didnt work. Often, after a rigorous and expensive programme, the dieter gets fed up and lets herself or himself goes loose and all weight that was lost is regained very quickly.

Just practice healthy eating habit FT; eat 3 times a day as demanded by all of our enzymes and hormones; ie a good breakfast, a lunch (variable size depending on what you do for a living) and a good satisfying dinner that is not too late (dont eat after 2100 for example). The key is portion size has to be reasonable. Never miss any breakfst or dinner! (RSAW pon ajar kitakan suruh makan those 2 meals, even in Ramadhan).

If dieting works, we will all be very lean and skinny in this world.

Askm Zeura, below is the BMI based on info that you gave me; the calculator cannot compute weight of 28, katanya error sebab terlampau tinggi BMI Nye. Jadi saya turunkan kepada 25kg (beza 3 kg bagi budak 4.5thn dgn ketinggian 106cm ni besar tau). Below is the output if his weight was 25:

klu obesiti, mcm mana saya nak control pemakanan dia?
anak saya cerewet mkn sbnrnya, nasi x berapa nak..kalau makan pun 4-5 suap dia dah xnak..
tapi mulut dia sentiasa nak mengunyah...biskut, roti tapi semua dalam kuantiti yg sikit..
dia lebih ke susu...sehari 3-4 menyusu...

cuba gantikan UHT milk dengan powder milk.. mungkin trans fat tu tak nampak efek pada u sebab u burn it during wokrout activities dekat gym. Tapi bagi mereka yang nak bulid up solid muscle, trasn fat adalah di haram sama sekali..

i jawab berdasarkan pemahaman i yer..  HIIT  just buat 3-4 kali seminggu dan secara berselang.. sebabnya? nak bagi body kita 'keliru' dan tak cepat adopt to the movement until it change it to routine. HIIT ada banyak cara, dan pembakaran kalorinya lebih efisien..


Pasal corak pemakanan, it's better kalau u boleh follow 6x kali sehari which is pada i sangat la susah.. lebih2 lagi kita yang bekerja ni. kang boss cop kita nie kaki tuang lak sebab kerap hilang g makan.. hehehe... just enough pastikan waktu makan seperti breakfast, lunch, dan dinner kita jgn miss. pastikan ambil portion makanan dan nutrisi yang cukup untuk setiap waktu makan tu. perut kita ada kitar masa untuk di digest food.. kalau kita kerap amalkan skip breakfast or lunch or dinner then cover back dengan sekali makan tapi double, perut kita terpaksa bekerja 2 kali ganda.. lebih2 lagi lepas makan, jadi malas je dan tido.. kalori tu tak burn up dan convert jadi lemak..  sebab tu kita di saran makan kerap untuk pastikan perut bekerja pada kadar minima dan kita pun tak putus rasa lapar.
