doc dan kawan2 yg lain..ada suggestion senaman yg sesuai utk yg nak lose weight tapi ada slip disc?  ...

slipped disc ke?
ambik buku tebal ke apa apa yg berat 1-2kg, buat bicep exercise dgn left arm 10mins, then change to right arm 10mins..
..esok buat lagi..buat evryday; makan regular at the same time 3 kali sehari; tapi reduce portion size by 10% (jgn reduce lebih lebih).
drink water if rasa lapar after meals.
make sure you chew betul betul as there are hormones released more with this activity.

sebab u ada slipped disc, dont bend down.. if u nak amik something on the floor, bend your knees down ie like bercangkung
no more heavy lifting for you.. your days of heavy lifting are done

ada cara yg dikatakan berkesan but the changes that occurs that cause the breasts to become pendulous and the buttocks/gluteal areas to sag, are more to do with strecthing and weakening of the supporting tissues, an the main cause of this weakening and stretching is age.

i am not sure of which typeof exercise can help with this; for example,i cannot see any type of exercise yg boleh kuatkan balik Cooper's Ligaments yg menegakkan breast tissue seseorang semasa mudanya.

i am not able to advise further im afraid. at the same ime, be mindful of the various advice from the internet..very many who give advise are not expert

lupa pulak nak share..now sy ada pergi swimming class n erobic..tapi sekali pegi pastu rehat 2 3 hari..sakit..lepas ok sy pegi lagi...gitu lah selalu..

dikatakan ada senaman untuk menegangkan kembali otot breast dan butt.. tapi tak tau keberkesanan nya.. kebanyakkan result yang dikongsikan adalah dari mat salleh.. nie yang corious nie sebab depa nie boleh je sumbat silikon dalam bahagian tue..

giry pon kira da range obes da ni   tinggi br 160, berat dr 81 dah keep on menten 75 wpon every week jog n erobik. makan mmg jaga la.. air masak mmg girly minum dekat 4 litre sehari. so kjp2 p toilet la..

nk sgt loose weight at least 5 kgs lagi... jenuh btl la... dpt 70 pon jadik ler.. wish me luck ok

Tp kan storyboard... avatar awk merembes kan igtan girly pada dapur zaman mak girly dl.. nk beli dapur gas mahal time tuh

i memang ske ngan semua barangan yang berkaitan masa kecik2 dulu.. kalau boleh, nak aje datang opis nie kayuh beskal.. tapi zaman la nie, kayuh beskal agak bahaya kat tengah kota metropolitan nie.. hehehe

maaf tuan tanah.. nak tumpang post boleh tak

memandangkan ni board pasal obisiti...so memang ada kaitan..

dalam bulan 12 nie kami ada adakan bengkel pengurusan berat badan..

sesuai la sapa yang masih terkapai-kapai dalam usaha nak dpt berat badan ideal..

sy organize di Penang.. Jika berminat boleh pm sy.. jika join sebelum hujung bulan 10 ni akan dapat diskaun

*note: sy tak dapat 1 sen pun buat ini..kerana sy sendiri pun obese.. nangis sangat.. tapi sy berminat kerana susah sangat nak jumpa bengkel pengurusan berat badan y menyeluruh macam nie.. terutama di bahagian utara ni..

tambahan sy sendiri dlm proses utk kurangkan berat badan sekaligus jadi lebih sihat..

ha ha memang... storyboard je avatar also remain me of same..oh how I miss Malaysia so.
my kampong was so permai and life was so simple, no competition, no rat race, no video conferencing, presentation, no lawyers to consult, no accountants to argue with.
my lawyer called me, my accountants nak taxation documents..my prof nak tengok presentation, my team members nak tgk my draft for research papers, my patients nak tau results scans, my mechanics says I have to send the cars to him, my wife's gonna be overseas, my cat was admitted to the animal hospital for 2 days and needed an operation... ahh I miss the empty padi fields behind rumah I kat kampong..
