Giving Al Quran to Non-Muslims to fight Islamaphobia?

The Malaysian Consultative Council of Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Sikhism and Taoism (MCCBCHST) was referring to a project organised by the Islamic Information and Services Foundation under which one million copies of the Quran will be produced and translated into Tamil, Chinese, English and Malay to be distributed to the public.

The statement said the project’s patron is Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

“The reason and example advanced by Tun Dr Mahathir on the need to distribute the translated version of the Quran to non-Muslims specifically does not make sense,” it said in a statement today. It said Dr Mahathir further gave an example of “the verse that allowed Muslims to kill non-Muslims only touched on one event in the history of Islam. It does not mean we are told to kill other people”.

“It is Muslims who are indulging in killing and condemnation of other religions and religionist. Therefore, the need is for Muslims to be educated on the true teachings of Islam and not non-Muslims,” the statement said.

Muslims are engaging in terrorism acts, killing, kidnapping, slavery and God knows whatelse and non-Muslims are the ones need to learn to reduce Islamaphobia?

Perhaps the real phobia here is that Muslims begins to understand that non-muslims (and a certain small percentage of Muslims themselves) have started to reject Islam as belief in God and come to understand that it is nothing more than an Arabic political System, with purpose of placing the Arab (race) in the center and other (Muslim) race around it as a "sheild". Perhaps Muslims like Mahathir started to understand that Islam was falling down as even Muslims themselves have started to reject Islam as a Belief System.

Senile old men like Mahathir should understand one simple thing - it is not we (non-Muslims) who are actively fighting against Islam or Muslims but it is Islam itself that eroding away the mind and soul of Muslims. Muslims themselves had seen non-Muslims living in a proper lifestyle and with belief systems which emphasis good faith, understanding, love, peace and tranquility and started to understand that it is these important aspects of the human race which are missing in Islam.

In Islam, all you have to do is follow Muhammad - everything he had done and whatever he had said (or more precisely, whatever he had said to be said by clergymen) and things like Peace, love, tranquility and even family values have no space in a Muslims' heart.
