The Moment of Enlightenment

There is the ultimate consciousness that is eternal without suffering.  Such eternity is definitely far beyond happiness or comfort we can imagine.  In general, we have used “nirvana” to express the conditions of the ultimate consciousness.  Therefore, the definitive spiritual satisfaction will come to you when your consciousness experiences nirvana.  While we will explain more detail of nirvana, your consciousness will be able to experience nirvana only if your consciousness becomes a part of the ultimate consciousness through right practice.   

It is indeed a long and patient process to make your consciousness a part of the ultimate consciousness.  You will need to learn the truths and continues the right practice without any influence of spiritual materialism.  Then, you will need to pay attention to progress of the right practice for better purifications of your consciousness.  In this purification process, you will experience many moments of noticing the truths as well as experiencing selflessness.  These moments are the moments of so-called enlightenment.

A moment of enlightenment is a moment of noticing the truths.  Therefore, enlightenment is ongoing phenomenon, which continuously occurs as you continue the right practice.  Every moment of enlightenment will purify your consciousness gradually.  Enlightenment will happen until your consciousness become so pure that you become a part of the ultimate consciousness eternally.
