malam tadi perut sakit & tak selesa, dah nak period kot

very often ianya hanya fleeting symptoms yg kita dapat selalu2 tanpa ada apa2 erti pada kesihatan kita

juga, some people yg ada PCOS ni, ada ovarian cysts jugak

im pcoser..semoga PCOSer yg sedg TTC berjaya thn ni..aminnn...klu teringt perjlnan TTC dulu nak nangis rasa...apa2 jaga makan...dan perlu exercise... |

TTC - trying to conceive...
time tu dah kawen almost 1.5 years..pernah keguguran sekali..end up jumpa specialist O&G...my weight at that time 74kg...
1st check up was checked on my blood...the result stated i had pcos...and went for another check up and another...i cant remember how many times...
i took pills...metformin etc, done twice IUI procedure...and then i rested for a while...but during my rested time, i exercise...fasting...my weight decrease till 62kg...coz my doc said i must reduce my weight...and about 2.3 years of married, eventually, i got pregnant naturally...

keep going with your PCOS treatment.
you know right, why we the endocrinology team looks after PCOS?
one is that it causes hormonal and thererfore fertility problems (endocrine)
the other reason is risk for diabetes (endocrine)
keep going with weight maintenance

2 boys...after i got pregnant with the 1st....n for the 2nd one, still conceive naturally...1 year later...
for the time being, we stop producing...
but i lost track with my weight...membesar dgn jayanya semula...at one time..my weight was 85kg...now 77kg...i must reduce at least 20kg more...

been married for 3years now..
smlam check dgn doc O&G, diagnosed with PCOS...
doc buat TVS scan mmg jelas nmpk ovary yg berlubang2 besar itu
sedih rasa
sekarang mood rasa down n stress
kena reduce weight..current weight is 74kg -- OVERWEIGHT,
so first thing first for me is to reduce weight
doc bg masa 2 bulan utk reduce berat
now rasa stress sesangat fikirkan nk kena turun berat ni mampu ke tidak
kuat smngat ke tidak...

My case
After a week period last month, tetibe ad spotting mcm nk period, breast sensitif. Then bleeding.. Darah cair dan xsakit. Breast pun xsensitif dah..tp bleeding berlarutan.. Smpai 17 hari.. ikot kn esok tarikh period, sbb period mmg teratur dan xpnh rse sakit segugut.. Dah pegi klnk wanita, dah scan xde ape2. Doc ckp hormon. Hmm
Tp smlm drh mcm dh nk stop. Tggl spotting je. Tp hrni bleeding blek. Tp mcm period sbb ad darah pekat.
Sy dh confuse ble sy kne refer hospital.. Nt klu g hospital skrg tkot doc bg ubt hnti drh. Kang xklua pulk priod sy buln ni.
Spe pnh jd mcm sye..
Bmi sy normal je...

periods you regular tak sebelum ni?
maybe ada sedikit hormonal imbalance je this time
if tidak berlaku selalu selalu, GP selalunya tak refer
