An Underrated Way to Improve the Health

Sometimes the easiest way to get fit is to go under the radar. In this case, the difference between exercise and physical activity is often overlooked. We've opened all the fancy looking videos and articles that tell us how to train, when to train, and why we never train. It's far beyond fitness. We also get nutritional advice from every angle that throws water into the mud and leaves most people confused and lost.


It's as if we're all introduced to the "ideal model of health" that makes us easily forget the easy, and I can discuss the principles of fitness and health more effectively. As a personal trainer and gynecologist, one of my favorite roles is changing what fitness means in a new gym. In my extensive experience, my client's boxes are often restricted when we first start.


One major shortcoming I see is that only planned exercise is valuable to your health. If you haven't put it on your calendar, track it with your apple clock, or move it for more than an hour; what's the matter? While we are not to blame for this flawed parable (this is just what we have been told), it is seriously undermining its ability to promote a healthy lifestyle at all times while awake. I was very pleased to see the features of smartwatches to encourage this behavior, but we still have a long way to go.


Physical activity - the most influential tool of a long life

You can look at the subtle difference between physical activity and exercise, but I promise, it's a very valuable fact. Look at any group or organization around fitness and you will see this definition.


Exercise: Planned, organized, and deliberate programs or sessions to improve or maintain fitness. Typically, this lasts for 10 minutes or more.


Physical Activity: Any movement that affects the muscular system. Basically, any movement of the human body that requires effort to relax the heart rate.

The beauty of physical activity is that it can be sudden, fun and easy. It's all about the fact that every little bit of movement counts. Just think, are you parking 500 meters more from work every day? Definitely, this is not really considered an exercise session as it is 3-4 minutes of your time. However, over time, such decisions can go a long way. Just think!

1: Physical activity adds more WAY than you think. If you start making small decisions to implement the movement throughout your work and leisure life, you can double your activity during the week. Although not every cycle can be considered 'exercise', you will be developing a system that will improve your health.


2: Your next currency is your best currency. Whenever you move forward, you are rearranging your currency, revisiting circulation, and kicking restless behavior a bit. Prolonged sitting is one of America's biggest killers, so the importance of this habit cannot be underestimated.


3: An effective way to break your day, whether at work or at school. Any kind of mobility to increase focus, productivity and overall fitness. Proves Taking these breaks would be far more efficient than trying to grind completely to 9-5.


Conclusion

One of the most influential indicators of your health and fitness is your daily physical activity. We are so preoccupied with planning the perfect workout session that we can easily forget how precious the other 23 hours of the day are. If you remove a take-up from this post, never let it put your egg in a basket!
