Tottenham have decided to deny Pierre-Emile Hoivier a January move.

Britain's "Telegraph" reported on the 30th that "Tottenham has decided to reject all proposals for recruitment of Oliver Skip as well as Hoivier in January." European transfer market expert Fabrizio Romano also confirmed Tottenham would reject a loan offer for Hoivier during the winter transfer market in January.
