ok x kalau aby makan bihun/****ow sup..bakso...lauk pauk...pendek kata..makan semua la..kecuali nasik je.nasik x nah amek pn.... baru 3 bulan ni x mkn nasik..
agak2 ok x? eksesais mmg x buat... aby kalau kt kampus...lunch slalu mkn yong tau fu sup... kebanyakan nye sup je la. kalo boring.tukaq goreng2 plak.. ok x ?
ade sape2 ble bantu utk percepatkan lagi penurunan berat bdn aby??
tp mmg dlm 3 bln ni...org yg jarang tgk aby diorang npk aby mcm kecik sikit la.. |

rasanya kalau arnabkiut nak try tak makan nasi sehari... try step by step lerr. mula2 kurangkan pengambilan nasi.. then omit nasi for dinner. then try substitute nasi plak for lunch. rimbun tak ler gemuk pon but try to diet for kesihatan jer. now amik nasi once in 3 to 4 days jer. kuantiti pon skit jer. ok ler. then malam try to take oat, bread or vege jer...
yg nak dietnyer my hubby, but i ikut sekali lerr |

Kalau hubby yg nak makan mcm tu kira oklah..mine pulak malam sure nak makan yg heavy2 jer kalau tak nanti malam perut dia meragam sbb lapar..

rimbun pon selalu jugak wat cam resepi lady nii. mmg ringkas n cepat n sedap. cuma kalau rimbun wat mmg letak half jer kiub ayam tu... n kalu rebus ikan bilis, make sure buang dulu perutnya, kalau idok pahit skit jadinya.
kalau nak lg sedap titiskan minyak bijan n taburkan bijan skit, then bawang goreng n daun sup... yum yum... kalau takmo sayur bole jugak isi bebola ikan, sotong etc |

Anyway, saja je nak kongsi...i'm doing 7lbs 7 days program with Super Juice sekarang..nie dah 3rd dah tak makan nasi. minum fruit&veg juices and smoothies saja....
resepi for juice ie: carrot+apple+pear+celery. Then blend mango/banana/avocado + ice cubes + fruit/veg juice tadi.. mmg yummy. buat every 2-3 hrs ke..or it depends lah. .kalau lapar sgt.. kerapkan sikit.
in between, drink a lot of plain water. drink nettle tea (with no sugar) at night.
3 days, dah turun 0.5 kg..!!
tapi this more like detoxing saja. after a week, eat as usual..HEALTHILY! |

Resipi sihat
Aku nak cari resipi2 sihat terutama untuk jaga badan. Ade sapa2 nak kongsi?
Baru2 ni kawan aku ade ajar wat Bendi Black Pepper.
bendi lam 10 btg
serbuk black pepper tapi yg kasar kalau takde beli yg bijikpastu tumbuk kasar dalam satu sudu besar..
stok ayam yg cecair pekat tu yg lam botol...dalam 2/3 sudu besar bancuh ngan setengah cawan air(2 atau 3 sudu...bendi tu boleh lebih..agak2 la)
bwng putih lam 3 ke 4 bijik di ketuk sahaja
bendi belah n potong 2 atau 3 tgk size
masaknye pes ko tumis bwg putih.....kuning sket masuk kan stok ayam yg dibancuh tu ..pastu masuk kan serbuk black pepper... biar kejap je pastu masuk bendi.. kacau sampai masak..
rasa la..sesuaikan rasanye...
pastu makanle ngan nasik panas n sup ayam ke.. |

my diet nothing fancy..
just make sure i take cereal for breakfast, n at least one small bowl of salad,two pieces of fruit per day..neh for detox purpose..ade selit fish n ayam..banyak grilled or soup based..process meat haku elakkan sama sekali
kalau haku byk duit, layan jap food..veggie udon+edamame or salmon sashimi+edamame+miso soup..edamame is a good source of fiber |
