resto chef wan, 1 market di ioi city mall tak jadi buka?

sis!!
semalam akak singgah cikcur kat ioi city mall kejap.
kenapa akak perasan banner tempat patutnya kedai heshe buka macam dah takde?
heshe dah tak jadi buka resto heshe di ioi mall kah?
ke sebab lama sangat nak buka kontrak kedai heshe dah tamat?
seingat akak kedai heshe jah yg belum buka yg lekat banner sedari dulu.
kedai2 lain yg baharu letak banner nak buka pun banyak dah open.

chefwan58 Morning.At last night dinner the management and Ceo of Food Juntion/ Lippo my business partner told me that they wish to delay opening of 1 Market at IOIMall Putrajaya since the weekdays traffic is bad and over the weekend altho busy but the public arent spending since Nov.With GST coming more people will have less spending power and they doubt people are going to spent their money on buffet lunch and dinner when the economy is going down.Timing is not good to invest a rm5.0 M setting up and another rm6.0M for operating expenses for the 6 mths allocation and later to discover that we loose all that.Its better that we loose the 3 months rental and walk out of the deal then loose the rm11.0M investment when the economy is heading not to a good sign according to their survey.
Instead we will focus on the francasing of my CW food kiosk at 7 to 8 foodhall both in Spore and Msia which will appeal more to the public when time are hard.
This new business strategy could be even a larger and better business for u and me to venture kata mereka.
Hampir tercekek la makan pasta masa i dengar this new after all those months of planning.
But in business u have to work smart and understand the market too.
Tak pe la kena delay pun delay la asal we have something else to challenge ourselves and look forward too.
I am so sorry to let u know this disppointing new.
But they did say the economic buying power for Malaysian and Singaporean at 1 Market will not be the same bila economy kita akan menurun.
Its already showing the sign even at IOI Mall Putrajaya.
So why take that huge risk.Baik rugi sedikit now then later rugi besar kata mereka to recover all that rm11.0M

So basically mmg kompom tak jadi buka la kan sis? Sebab banner kedai heshe mmg dah takde.
Tapi akak tengok kat ioi mall itu crrtain kedai makan siap kena beratur lagi namely sushi zanmai itu |

Last akak cikcuran about two weeks ago masih nampak shoplot yg bakalan jd resto chef wan ade lg..br remove kut sis? |

setelah dideducekan ayat chefwan yg tunggang langgang tu tak jadi bukak lah nampaknya.bak kata chefwan diorang tak yakin orang akan spend duit untuk makan buffet,walaupun aku tengok ramai je orang makan2 kat ioi city mall tu time aku pegi last week.

Ekonomi thn ni mmg xleh nk predict walaupon bisnes makanan yg sentiasa jana keuntungan...
Awal thn before gst mmg sales tgh mencanak..2nd to 4th quarter xde sapa tahu
Hopefully bha ekonomi dh stable..boleh merasa 1market |

akak rasa funder heols saja jah bagi alasan tak nak buka la itu.
traffic ke ioi dah ok weekdays or weekend sebab banyak jalan masuk dah buka
funder heshe itu yg buka food court kat ioi itu kan? nama sama food junction
akak baca jua time lunch hour mmg penuh jah kedai makan situ waktu kerja.

dip n dip yg agak hauk itu tika weekend akak tengok beratur jua kat ioi city mall itu.
akak tak pasti apa special nya dip n dip itu.
harga mahal dan crepe/waffle/pancake heshe hauk sangat. pancake yg kakak buat jauh lagi sedap dan menjadi
harapkan coklat jah la yg rasa ok. |

kakak changa dip n dip tu ai makan sekali je terus taknak repeat dah.. coklat manis yarobbi ai yang suka manis ni pun tak tahan nak meneruskan hingga ke titisan coklat terakhir

ai follow chefwan n kesimpulannya chef wan n the group of investors for 1 market malaysia tu tak berani n takut rugi utk meneruskan business 1market tuh .. sedih la kan sebab ai rasa ada je ummah2 urbanites dan ummah2 biar papa asal bergaya setakat buffet RM50-RM70 apa dehal |
