salam semua.nk minta pendapat korang semua ttg diet nih.aku dh cuba diet tapi x leh.lemak aku bnyak berkumpul kt pinggang la...harap korang sudi2 la membantu...

eksesais... kurangkan makan berlemak....

diet simple je.. tp nak wat tuh susah.. tuh yg banyak produk melambak2 kat pasaran..

ko try je lah yg mane satu ko nak asalkan ade duit

Makan sedikit (contoh nasi) ... tetapi kerap (kalau sentiasa lapar la)
Kalau boleh jangan makan malam...makan biskut jer...

Beli baju @ seluar yang ketat sikit ... untuk mendorong supaya satu hari nanti kita boleh pakai pakaian tu...

amalkan pemakanan seimbang (tapi make sure kuantiti makanan dikurangkan), dan bnykkan exercise. makan dengan kerap (5-6 kali sehari) dalam kuantiti kecil. aktiviti senaman dan amalan makan secara kerap dapat meningkatkan metabolism. jgn lupa timbang berat bdn tiap2 minggu, bila kita tgok berat kita turun tiap2 minggu, kita pun bersemangat la...

abg dini pun nak diet tapi tak berdaya, bila tak makan sakit kepala

kalau boleh jangan makan nasi,gantikan nasi dengan roti wholemeal makan makanan tinggi serat dan banyakkan minum air

selain dari diet kena jugak wat cardio
kalau tak larat nk gi gym...jogging je pagi2 sblm makan
sbb masa tu metabolisme badan tgh rendah
so dia akan cepat bakar lemak
kalau tiap2 pg pun tak dpt nk jogging buat petang atau weekend
diet pemakanan plak kat asia ni mmg takleh nak lari dr mknn berminyak, goreng2, dll
so ni atas kepandaian kita dan disiplin dlm memilihnya
korang nk mkn nasi lemak boleh je
tp nasi lemak tu tukar la nasi putih
ayam goreng tu amik la bahagian dada (sbb lemak kurang)
pastu apa yg korang makan kena "bakar" la balik dgn wat cardio atau apa2 exercise
means kalau ko makan byk (kalori tinggi) so ko kena bakar lebih kalori yg telah ko mkn td
kalori masuk (makan) < kalori keluar (exercise) = lose weight
kalori masuk (makan) > kalori keluar (exercise) = gain weight
