nak naik berat bada

salam.just nk mintak nasihat kawan2. aku bru start pergi gym,sebulan baru.pergi 3-4 kali seminggu,aku tk amik suplemen protein,just minum susu,n mkn daging2 je..soalan aku boleh ke badan naik dgn cun kalau g gym tp tk amik suplemnt protein (whey proten or mass protein)?
