U body metabolism u tggi ke? Kalau mkn carb pun x jalan ke

- I mkn nasi minimum 2x sehari. Complete meal with protein and vege. Breakfast normally overnight oat, campur chia seed, toasted nuts, raisins.

- Wajib makan minimum 3 types of fruits, all different colors (a bit obsessive about this )

- Minum plain water 2.5L everyday (since umur belasan tahun) the extra 500ml is to compensate for lost fluid through caffeine consumption (i ni heavy coffee drinker tapi sugarless)

- I don't take sugar. Kat rumah tak beli gula. I avoid processed beverages like Nescaffe etc. Minum brewed coffee guna espresso maker so i selalu minum latte/flat white/long black. Sama kalau makan kat luar, cuma order coffee, no sugary drinks.

- No carbonated drinks (tak pernah minum since dari kecik), junk food. Mkn ice cream setahun sekali, chocolate/cake sebulan sekali on average.

- Supplement yg I amik flaxseed oil dgn Vit B complex, lain takde

- Lightly active, I jog and jumping jacks seminggu 3x pagi2 (lain-lain type of exercise i malassss, nnt byk sgt burn calorie sayang woo )

My eating habit, nasi sepinggan penuh minimum, kalau lauk favorite tambah jadi 2 pinggan. Tapi tak jalan juga. Sama je. My boss pernah ckp I might have hyperthyroidism and suruh i check but i tak pegi-pegi lagi sbb i takut doctor

Other than my weight issue, I am really healthy jarang sakit. 9 tahun kerja, i pernah MC total 6x sahaja last MC pun 2016 sbb food poisoning. I tak kuat berpeluh and takde masalah angin dlm badan. Senang cerita generally healthy lah alhamdulillah

I cuma nak dptkan ideal weight and body yg ada feminine curves. Height 156 paling berat seumur hidup 42kg. Tu pun siksa nak dpt berat tu. Nanti bulan puasa jatuh to 38-39kg je, definitely no kebaya for me on raya

I sekarang minum Enercal for additional calorie intake. 300 calorie per serving of 250ml. Protein shake ni utk shape kan body ke? Patut i tambah ke protein shake ni to my diet on top of Enercal?

Wahh disiplin gak rutin u.. i ni xde rutin yg khusus.. i jenis makan sikit sbb cepat full tp akan cepat lapar.. so i kne bfast.. lunch n dinner xleh skip.. mkn nasi at least sekali sehari.. jenis kena cari nasi gak.. kalau x, akan gigil2..

I xminum carbonated drinks jugaa sbb mmg xboleh masuk. Rasa siksa bila gas naik ke hidung..i dont know it just me or org lain pun rasa cmtu bila minum air gas..

I xmkn sgt buah so kecuali a few mcm mangga, manggis, anggur. So not everyday i mkn buah.. but i will make sure makan sayur banyak beserta ulaman2an..

Kalo u tak workout xyah amek protein shake.. i cuma minum protein shake tu lepas workout je within 30 minis after... kalo hari x workout i tak minum pun

U.. gi kat kaunter reception dia.. mintak schedule of classes.. pastu u paste sini... i can advice u which class to take based on ur target

Meleleh air liur meols. Nak jugakkk

I gym 4-5 kali seminggu.. tp dalam 4-5 kali tu 1 kelas wajib weight training full body workout.. sbb i mkn mcm membela, so i bykkan dancing utk burn calorie & also because i enjoy doing it.. weight training wajib ada, sbb nak bentukkan bdn.. sbb cardio cuma kuruskan bdn and naik stamina
