    ahahah..tuh laa pasal..serious terlupa part tuh..bila berketul2.baru teringat dulu masa rajin buat tiramisu, mmg dh di pesan..jgn whip lama2...nnti dh ketull, tak leh pakai dh .... semalam pun mujur mkn cepat2...sbb whip cream dh berair kan...sedih gak semalam....



.mlm nie rina buat lg..cik abg soh buat..semalam rina buat adunan 2 biji telur putih je..so dpt dlm 6 " punya size..urm.cik abg tak cukup....hehe..so memandangkan blueberry + kiwi masih ada stok..mlm nie dia nk rina buat lg....kejap je nk buat kan..rina buat 1++ jam semua dh ok...mebi sbb benda kecik..so cepat masak.....

td di message dh beli whipping cream..haha..xsabar nk buat lg sekali mlm ni..klo cun rina tepek kt cni yaa..

    alaa...resepi tertinggal kt rumah...huhu


tp rina igt2 lupa laa...rina mengedit resepi(sukeeee campur2 resepi)

telur putih 2 biji
gula 1/3 cawan (itupun rina xletak bebetul penuh sukatan cawan..dlm 9/10 dari cwn 1/3 tuh laa...lagpun sbb nk letak sikit gula icing..takut termanis)
cream of tartar 1/2 sudu kecil
vanila sikit
rina letak dlm 1/2 sudu kecik gula icing(sbb xde tepung jagung kt rumah)


suhu..masa panaskan oven..rina letak 200 'c ..bila nk masak, rina turunkan ke 140-150 mcm tuh....

    rina nie kurang pengetahuan sgt bab klo kesan kurang gula .. harap ada otai2 tolong ya..tp rina memang apa2 yg rina buat..kek, tart,cookies etc..mmg rina akan kurangkan gula sbb blh paly with the topping etc..rina xtahan manis sgt ..hehe

semalam rina buat...tak de pulak bantut..tp rina bebetul make sure telur tuh bebetul dipukul gebus..siap test telangkupkan bekas lagi...cik abg ( cik abg ada ckp, yg pentingnya tang telur tuh...jgn ada air masa pukul telur...n make sure ianya bebetul gebuss)

suhu macam agak tinggi je rasnaya.tp sbb oven rina kan 'canggih' gitu..haha

smlm sy dh try buat pav, tapikan.. nape bila dah masak n dah sejuk, pav saya tu cam kosong kat tgh2,( sy tau sbb saya korek pv tu nk tgk jadi tak cam marshmallow kat dlm pav tu)maksudnye, bawah ade lapisan cam marshmallow, pastu kosong, pastu baru lapisan luar yg crunch tu. adakah ini normal bagi setiap pembikinan pav?

dari pada pembacaan sy dah tau.. tak leh bubuh sekali semua gula.. kne masukkan sesudu each time.. kalau tak batter jadi lembik/cair(macam saya punya), bole guna cuka makan instead cream of tar tar yg susah nk carik,

last friday mkn dessert kat delicious bangsar village.so try la pavlova dia.overall ok cuma texture dia a bit hard.hard maksud ayu...crunchy outside n inside.takde langsung texture mcm marshmallow.pastu tgh2 nya kosong....sama mcm masliana buat.mmg mcm tu ke sebenarnya?
